Place was nasty sticky tables sticky floors counters sticky drink all over it food was well fast food service acted like didn't wanna be here and was bothering them and got sweet tea was extremely sour and disgusting had to throw out and ask for different cup cause cup smelled sour

We just went to this location, it's 10:30 at night and they are supposed to be open until 1, sat in line for a half hour and then they told us they were closed and we should leave while a bunch of people in Wendy's uniforms smoked outside. Great service 🙄

This is the worst place when isn't comes to Hospitality, the girl they had running the window. Taking the orders was a very disrespectful. Little girl very rude. Can't take orders right and gets mad at me when I explained to her what I was trying to order simple by the way. Management isn't the best either. Can't control her employees they need better management with more training on customer service.

Every single time I go to this Wendy's I tell them about the allergies and every single time we have to go back and get other food or throw it away because they don't listen. They do not care about the health or welfare of a customer that comes through they're all they're worried about is getting a paycheck and talking on their cell phones. You cannot call the store to complain about your order or to get your new order because it goes to someone's cell phone. They're going to seriously hurt someone or have them in the hospital one day because they do not pay attention allergies for humans are not funny they are very serious and no one there takes it serious and when you ask them to remake it they will tell you no

I love Wendy’s but this location in particular needs an overhaul, systemic to be exact. Every and now then my fiancé and I decide to order something from this location and it’s either their systems are down and they can’t accept or pull up placed online orders or the order was made wrong.
