Sandra was very lovely person to talk to only talking positively to customers than out of the ducking blue a manager starts yelling and does not use deescalation tactics let's give it up to Mrs Sandra I would honestly make Positive to custumers Sandra the store manager and the store manager on monday the 23 you can demote her to shift lead under Sandra. It was hard to watch an employee want to help a customer and only get yelled at by management. See to it that mrs Sandra gets anymore trouble from that woman who was very mean and horrible. Lets go Sandra keep on working on.

Went thru the drive thru Michelle had taken my order and was cussing over the mic and was over all just being disrespectful. She refused to repeat my order back to me even though I could tell it was messed up from the total and when she eventually did repeat it back to me and fixed it she kept acting as if I had ordered the entire menu

The black woman who served us today had a really bad attitude, even though we were speaking politely. She had a frowning face the whole time and seemed like she was rushing us even though we weren’t done talking. In the end, she also forgot our orange juice.

This place was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The food was cold, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect — especially for the price. It felt rushed, sloppy, and careless.

Service was slow and unprofessional, and the overall experience showed a lack of attention and pride. Nothing about this visit made me want to come back. There are far better options nearby, and unless serious changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Untrained staff at drive thru windows,yet they acted like it's my fault they didn't hear my order,or saw me holding my phone with QR Code for free 3 piece Chicken Tenders quick enough,and then didn't try to correct the order at 2nd window,only asking me if I wanted full refund after charging me 11 dollars for a 6 dollar and 78 cent order. I frequent the drive thru often due to my handicap and this was THE MOST APPALLING VISIT. UP TO NOW IVE HELD MY OPINION TO MYSELF, BUT WHEN THE MANAGER,IS MORE RUDE THAN THE EMPLOYEES,THERE IS A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM. NO OFFER OR ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, NO APOLOGIES,JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AFTER TOO MANY TO MENTION WRONG ORDERS,COLD FRIES, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES, AND YES ,CALLS TO THE 800 NUMBER TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED THIS GO AROUND. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A 15 DOLLAR CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I HAVE YET TO SEE,A RETURN CALL FROM A MEMBER OF THEIR TEAM ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL, THOUGH THE ONE I DID SPEAK WITH INITIALLY WAS GREAT. AFTER WORKING EVERY DAY WITH THE PUBLIC FOR OVER 35 YEARS, ANYONE WORTH THEIR SALT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULDN'T STAND FOR THIS, ESPECIALLY TO A REGULAR AND TOLERANT,YET DISABLED CUSTOMER.

Food was good but u have to guess who has what because they all in same packages. Place was nasty sticky tables sticky floors counters sticky drink all over it food was well fast food service acted like didn't wanna be here and was bothering them and got sweet tea was extremely sour and disgusting had to throw out and ask for different cup cause cup smelled sour
