Honestly the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in a while and I usually don’t like Zaxbys. The employees were friendly, courteous, and they made sure I was able to order and receive my food in a timely manner. The food was so fresh and tasty. Both my husband and I enjoyed this particular Zaxbys. I’ll be coming back soon! We both got the Big Zax Snak

I ordered chicken strips thru Uber. The chicken was dry and way overcooked. Almost burnt. I wish I could have sent them back!!!

In my experience at other zaxbys this one is a good one just the atmosphere at others had a better homy feeling to them but over all this is solid.

I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. We have not had a negative experience at this Zaxby's. We have eaten inside and it was clean and organized. Whether inside or through the drive thru, we have always received our order quickly and accurately. Love the zalads, kickin chicken sandwich, and the cheddar bites. So yummy!

Very nice and quick service, I came here recently and had a great experience the employees went above and beyond for me multiple times and I will say they were very courteous. The food was also very fresh, I tried the new box they have and it did not disappoint, lots of food for one person for sure, but came with a good variety, still want them fried mushrooms back, #justiceformushies

We ordered large platters to cater our gathering. They did an amazing job. The food was hot, delicious and ready on time. We will use them again to cater our gatherings.

We went in at 7pm for a little family outing for us to walk in the employee to cut us off “NAME” while we were looking and trying to ask for the family pack. She continued to roll her eyes and ask for our name THREE times for her to put something completely different and kept walking away while we were trying to order. I get some people don’t like their jobs but there’s no need to be rude and unprofessional especially when they have two hours before they close. After we pick a booth and got our food, the same rude employee comes right by our table and starts wiping the table right next to us. When we walked in most of the tables were dirty and stinky so there were plenty for her to clean, she just wanted us to hurry up and leave. We felt uncomfortable eating in especially since after that she sat behind the counter just staring at us we finally had enough and got up and left.
