We ordered large platters to cater our gathering. They did an amazing job. The food was hot, delicious and ready on time. We will use them again to cater our gatherings.

We went in at 7pm for a little family outing for us to walk in the employee to cut us off “NAME” while we were looking and trying to ask for the family pack. She continued to roll her eyes and ask for our name THREE times for her to put something completely different and kept walking away while we were trying to order. I get some people don’t like their jobs but there’s no need to be rude and unprofessional especially when they have two hours before they close. After we pick a booth and got our food, the same rude employee comes right by our table and starts wiping the table right next to us. When we walked in most of the tables were dirty and stinky so there were plenty for her to clean, she just wanted us to hurry up and leave. We felt uncomfortable eating in especially since after that she sat behind the counter just staring at us we finally had enough and got up and left.

Do not, I repeat do not go to this place at night. The morning shift is so great, this is what have me coming back for more. Night shift id totally different. Something is missing from my order everytime. Contact the manager and you get no accommodations just rudeness no thanks. Back to canes I go…….

Just a little advice, wings are suppose to be crispy not soft! No one likes soft soggy chicken wings. This is my second time and I have the same suggestion. Please cook wings longer, business would be better.

First of all in my area we don’t have a Zaxby’s. Anytime we travel I have to eat at one. I love everything, especially the Cobb salad with fried chicken. Everything is fresh, nothing is soggy, huge salad with 2 pieces of toast. My favorite chicken place.
