Unless something is DONE about the MANAGER of Burger King I will NOT be back. Pulled up to get us some food so we could watch the Super Bowl and have what the kids wanted I started reading off the coupon to tell her which one I was talking about hadn’t got 5 words out of my mouth and she cuts me off saying “we know what comes on it just give me the number” LIKE A SMARTASS. I said “well I was just telling you so you’d know you didn’t have to be a smart Alec.” She says “and you dont have to eat here!” I said “I need to speak to a manager” She said “I am the manager” I asked her name so I could call corporate and she wouldn’t give me her name or a number to call and report it. But I got it now. & already did.

Horrible service. I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins. When I get to the window the employee at the window made me repeat my order. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
I’m not the biggest fan of Burger King, fast food really. But my family and me visited this Burger King and my faith in humanity was restored. I didn’t even catch the gentleman’s name, but the man at the counter was the friendliest worker of a fast food establishment I have ever met. He made my us feel very welcome. We don’t come to Booneville that often, but we will definitely swing when we are in town.
