It's sad that they refuse to buy floor mats for their employees, citing cost as an issue. You can tell it's causing them a lot of discomfort. Do better Hardee's there's to many reasons why this store has a very high turnover rate

Looking at the menu board, it looked as if the Super Bacon biscuit came with egg & cheese. Imagine my surprise when all I got was a bacon biscuit. I paid $9+ for the small super bacon combo where it said the cost was $7.89. I know there’s tax but still had no idea it would be over a dollar for tax. I’ve eaten here many times but was not satisfied today. If I hadn’t been misled by the menu board I would have ordered the bacon egg & cheese biscuit instead. Would you consider this to be more bacon? Plus waited for my food for at least 15 minutes maybe more.

I placed a pickup order on DoorDash. I got to the store and they would not let me pick up my order through the drive thru and started I must come in to get it and when I went in there was this older lady in there who made a huge deal over it asking why would I order through a third party company when I was coming to pick up anyway and almost didn’t give me my order. Which it is none of her concern anyway but I had credits and that’s what I used it for. I told her I don’t have time for all this that I have to get to work and she continued to walk away and go do something then finally gave me my order after about going back and forth with her for about 10 minutes when my food was literally sitting behind the counter. Not to mention when I did get it, it was cold.
