We found this gem of a restaurant last weekend. Atmosphere was very nice. Staff was super friendly and hospitable. The Chef came to every table make sure we enjoyed our meals.I had the glazed pork chop which was very tender and flavorful! My wife had stuffed chicken. She said it was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant in downtown Booneville, Ms.

I ordered the pork chop meal for me and mac for my son. Both were served quickly and very good. We also had some desserts, which were very good. Great service also. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant is visually appealing and their daily menu looked interesting but they are not ready for prime time. Service is fine but meal prep was very slow. Not what I expected at lunch time. Fried collard greens served with meatloaf were crispy and looked good but were very much over salted. The plated meal had excess grease in the plate. The pulled pork hot tamale was somewht bland and could not be cut with a fork as the masa coating was left on the grill too long. The bottom was virtually inedible as the masa was scorched and stiff. If other customers have had similar experiences there then it would explain the lack of business during what would normally be the lunch rush. I hope they can overcome these deficiencies so they can live up to their potential.

Been by three times and can’t seem to find them actually open. I ordered Door dash tonight as it said they were open online and they even posted on Facebook they would be open. Hard to plan dinner when you never know if they will be open or not.

I went in for the Caesar salad, but then I saw fried green tomatoes on the menu, so I had to have them too! They were sliced up right then and there, breaded, and fried—none of the frozen ones.
