First time visit and everything was on point! From the service to the food. Our waiter’s name was Matt and he was so polite and amazing, he consistently checked on our table to make sure everyone was good. Also if he was busy the other waitress would assist. We came in and were seated ordered and , served all under an hour. And the food was simply delicious 🩷

My wife and I arrived around 6:45 , theee weee 2 groups in the large dining room . Waitress took our drink order it arrived quickly . We ordered our appetizer and waited 30 minutes on it and another 30 min on salad then another 45 min on our dinner. The grits were dried out and not tasty the fried shrimp were not very good . My wife’s was very fishy tasting. To me the very best part of the meal was the salad and I’m sure it was bagged but it was still good. I’m local right here in Boyle we’ve tried to eat here a couple other times before but they were closed . I was eager to try out our local restaurant but was very disappointed.

We just had a party of 20 at your place and no one was satisfied with the cooking.Needs a chef and cooking staff really bad.You can not stay open with the quality of food you are currently serving to you customers.You lost about 20 future customers tonight.

Food took over 45 minutes to get to the table for. We ordered dessert and this took another 45 minutes maybe 50. Keep in mind the restaurant had about 4-5 tables seated total so very slow by Friday night standards. The fried cheesecake came out mushy and the bread pudding had the incorrect sauce.

Ate there for lunch and food was mediocre. Went at night for dinner, order the crab claws and they were really good. I ordered hamburger steak with gravy and onions on the side. After a forty minute wait, it came to the table smothered in gravy and little to no onions. It tasted just like the old school TV Dinner , Swanson Salisbury Steak. It was awful and full of gristle. My dinner date’s food got to the table 15 minutes before mine.

I live close by and was excited when it first opened. Been probably 5-6 times and I’ve had a good experience maybe twice. The last time did it in for me. I’ll tell you why…Every time I’ve been, the service is usually slow. Now, being short staffed in this time is “normal” but it’s a problem there. Also, the food wait is VERY long. Like, I could go to the store, go home, cook the same thing, and be back, that’s how long.The food is okay. It’s not bad, but definitely not worth the prices you’re paying. Be very mindful of the menu because they will get you on the sides. They don’t understand what “substituting” a side means.But anyway, my last experience I decided to call in my order and pick it up in the drive thru. They answered the phone, was IMMEDIATELY rude, made me wait forever, and then finally got to order. She told me it’s a 45 minute wait…which seems a little long but I said okay. They got my number and they said they will text me when it’s ready. 50 minutes go by and no response so I go to the drive thru. I’m there another 5 mins before anyone even notices me. So it’s now been 50 mins since I called and ordered.They come to the window, ask for my name and I told them. Another 5 mins go by and she comes back with my food…except it is NOT what I ordered. I said, that’s not what I ordered. She said okay hang on. She leaves. ANOTHER 5 mins passes…she said “yeah we’re not gonna make you another one” ….I’ve NEVER heard this before in my life. A restaurant REFUSING to correct my order that I’ve waited now an HOUR on. I said you can’t just make it real quick? It’s LITERALLY a burger and fries?! How hard is that? And she said “no, you can either take this, or go.” I said “no you keep it.” And drove off.This place has extremely poor management and it’s just not good. Drive up the street and go to Belazar’s or Catfish Cabin. You’ll get WAY better food and service there.

I do NOT recommend. I went with a group of about 12-13. They knew of the reservations and how many to be expecting. Some guests were there before 6. Well after 8, still no food! I received my appetizer about 45 mins to an hr after ordering. The rest of the guest never received their appetizer. Another table of guests of about 10 came and got their appetizer within 10-15 mins while we have waited for over 2 hours! We watched the server go to another table and made sure they were serviced and had food within 20-30 mins. After 2 hours, we asked the waitress about our food and she replies “no one is ahead of y’all” and kept saying it’s coming up”. I usually don’t make issues a “color” issue but my table included all black guests where the whole ticket was paid for right after ordering and a tip was given as well up front. Service was poor and we never even received food after 2 and half to 3 hours and a refund had to be issued. We sat and watched 2 different parties come in and be served and get their food (even the other big party) within 30 minutes.(white)

If you get an extra piece of chicken in the BBQ chicken plate be prepared to pay $5 for that extra helping and it is small and dessert was $6 for a tiny pie. One thing I enjoyed a lot was the fried green tomatos with crawfish etouffee sauce and i'm definitely ordering that again next time. We had a great waitress and she made sure we always had refills and anything else we needed.

The food was not good. The manager was rude. Turnip Greens out the can, cornbread was hard and tasted like straight meal. I was very disappointed. I had got food and bad feedback, but I wanted to try it myself. The physical restaurant is nice with a nice set up. But the food NO! My people or I will not be back!

Was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. First time I had ever been there and with a guest from out of town and they loved it as well. This place is off the charts all the way around. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back.

The only thing worth eating was the mozzarella sticks and the ranch dressing. The table they set us it was dirty and had to be clean. The prices are too high for the food that they are serving it’s not worth it I won’t be back
