My family loves eating Abners, but geez are they slow. When a person makes an online order and told it’ll be ready at a specific time, you expect the restaurant to at least get close to the time.Ordered at 11:28, was told it would be ready at 11:43. Arrived at 11:40 and the order isn’t finished until 12:08.. that is more than twice as long as estimated.The issue I have is that this was a simple order. Multiple walk in customers came in while we waited and were getting their orders ahead of us. I know this happens if when you may be waiting on a complex order, but we had the most basic items they offered. We could have went to a sit down restaurant, had better food, and gotten out of there just as quick.Just unacceptable and inconsiderate. Most people place online orders to minimize their wait time.**edit**Even after all the extra wait, we were missing items and you can’t even contact the location because it gives a busy signal. Dropping this to 1 star. Sorry abners, unacceptable.

The nuggets are real chicken and the tenders are pretty good. Service was pretty good too. The only thing I can knock is the TV didn't have the NBA showing and it's playoff time. I'd go back for sure.

I always order the club wrap with fries. Every time I go. The food is always fresh along with great service. I just wish they would season those fries ?
Anytime after 5, The food isn’t fresh. I’ve never had an issue during lunch time. No one answers when you try calling back. I even spoke with the young lady who claimed to be a manager the next time I went in and still no resolution.

I come to this establishment often to eat grilled tenders since my allergy options are limited. I tried to call the place to go order. No one answered and whenever I went online it was saying that the online orders were turned off so I couldn't even play some order online. The food there is mid at best but definitely not worth the money.

I had a bad experience today. I spent over 60.00 and my chicken was not fresh. It was so hard I couldn’t eat. I am very disappointed I also asked for grille nuggets on one order and I got fried. I tried calling store back , but no one would answer
