We ordered a French dip,. It came to me with no onions and no anjus. The prime rib was way over cooked and tough to chew. My husband ordered a sirloin, it was so tough he could barely cut it much less chew it. This was delivered by door dash, but the food quality has nothing to do with them. And then missing items, well whoever is packing the order up is responsible for making sure the full order (even the small details such as anjus )is in the bag. Oh and let’s not forget we didn’t receive our appetizer. Highly disappointed. We were there and ate in about a month ago, same order.. it was great. Different as night and day.

While everybody else is raising prices and shrinking the size of their food, I can't say that about Applebee's. Their 2 for $25 deal is legit! The chicken parm fettuccine and the burger were good sized portions of food. We did not leave unsatisfied.

I been here, I ordered a pasta dish, but the more I eat it the colder it was but then I told the waiter and he was kind he said I can order something else on the menu in replace of that meal I did I ordered the sliders they were yummy an hot, well, thank god for that waiter who was very helpful. I would visit again, because of him.

Could not get any consistent level of customer service
I personally would never eat here again from the ants on the table the undercooked chicken, the unclean restaurant dust hanging on the lights over my table. Handprints was smeared barbecue sauce on the windows. Menus were sticky and dirty, even though there was a girl wiping them down maybe try cleaning up with a clean ragwas not impressed with this place.

I had my meal pick up because I can't drive right now. If you want steak, pick another restaurant. The last few times I've gone in they like chewing on gristle. The one I had today was like strings running through it the gristle was so bad.

If you want your steak well done, then don't go here. I know many people like medium well or even rare.. but not my family and I. The cooks should be skilled enough to cook your steak how it was requested. We are going to finish cooking ours at home. A $107 ticket, that's two $25 steak meals, along with other things. They didn't even try to rectify the situation.. we just had to take that L for lack of a better phrase.
