I had my meal pick up because I can't drive right now. If you want steak, pick another restaurant. The last few times I've gone in they like chewing on gristle. The one I had today was like strings running through it the gristle was so bad.

If you want your steak well done, then don't go here. I know many people like medium well or even rare.. but not my family and I. The cooks should be skilled enough to cook your steak how it was requested. We are going to finish cooking ours at home. A $107 ticket, that's two $25 steak meals, along with other things. They didn't even try to rectify the situation.. we just had to take that L for lack of a better phrase.

I'm sorry, but no. I cannot eat here ever again.
First, I placed a to-go order, and was not given an entire entree. Okay, my fault for not checking. I didn't feel like going back, so I called the store. They took my information, and told me how to claim store credit on my next visit.
The following week is when it started getting comical. First, I had to explain to the server, and then the manager, about my store credit. Well, I didn't feel like the chicken and shrimp Parmesan on that day, so I kept having to explain that my *credit* was for that, but instead, I would like a pasta today. It would still leave me some credit, so if we could do a french onion soup, that would be great. Finally, everyone seemed to understand. I ordered a mojito shaker. It was a new experiment for me.
Well, then they tried to bring me a chicken and shrimp. No. Sorry. Not mine. My wife got to start on her food without me. The french onion soup was great, but more on that later.
Well, they finally get my pasta to me. I don't remember what was wrong with it; maybe it was cold. Let's just say "food quality."
About this time, we get a new server. The first one had some family emergency. Ok, fine, but this pasta isn't working, so I need you to take it back, please.
Somewhere in this, someone starts apologizing for my bad experience. Okay, let's do this. Bring me another french onion soup to make up for having to send the pasta back, and we'll be good. And I would like a strawberry patron margarita (my usual).
Well, then our original server shows back up. Family emergency averted or something. I think she's fed up with dealing with us (as if I've not been trying to be as gracious as I could), because she just walks by and points to the mojito shaker. "I put in another one of those for you." And walks off before I realized what she was saying. Sure enough, I ended up with a second drink I didn't want.
Finally, the bill comes. They "had" to charge me for one of the french onion soups. And of course the shaker. Doing the math, I lost a couple dollars paying for stuff I didn't ask for versus what I should have been given as credit. All I could do at that point was take it out of the tip. Between the two servers that couldn't coordinate properly, I'm not sure which one got the 10 percent.
A solid 2. We should have stayed home.

Needs deep clean. Not omg filthy, but needs a good deep clean
Had a birthday there, very small space for a party of ten. Food was great and the waitress was very considerate

Went there my last time last night. Sat at the bar as I always did. Pam and Tonya waited on me. Both were more concerned about beer sales and mixed drinks than waiting on other customers. Food came out, fries were cold and nit one time did either of the two servers ask was everything ok. They handed me 2 menus snd I erdered a $9.99 hamburger. The ticket then said $10.99. I was told that was on a lunch menu. I was there at 6:30 pm. Then Pam popped off saying, I DONT CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK!!! I always tipped very good. Applebee's is not the only restaurant around brandon. I'll take my business somewhere else that appreciates their customers. I see now why the parking lot is over half empty

Great food. Price wasn't outrageous. Service was a lil slow but it was busy so... Overall a good place for dinner
Vegetarian options: Saw a plant based burger and option to have a plant based patty on any burger
Parking: Kinda crowded but plenty of spaces
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk leads right in level

We came after a concert around 11 p.m. and it was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, the food was timely, hot, and good. I was a little apprehensive because they close at 12 a.m., but they were extremely efficient and we were in and out in 25 minutes, with no feeling of being rushed. Great late night spot!
