Bought a 102 qt stainless pot have had it for 2 years but only used it 3 times pot has a hole in the bottom the size of a nickel clearly a defect from the factory. Only carries a one year warranty. Company pretty much told me I was SOL. Spend that much money and it won’t hold up better than this. I strongly do not recommend.

You can guarantee the outlet will not be open past 3:45 on Fridays so don't bother. Maybe they have good stuff but they suck at customer service. All I ask, don't say you're open until 4 if you're not.

I bought a Bayou Classic burner from a local merchant. After one use the regulator stopped working. I reached out to Customer Service and they shipped me a new regulator. Thanks for standing behind your products.

Excellent customer service. I dropped my cooker and broke the lid off. I talked to Courtney who told me it was no problem and she sent me a new lid at no charge. Very friendly people.

Bought 82QT stainless cooker set. Worked great. Developed a pinhole in the bottom. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement next day!!!! Glad to see a company that stands behind their products!!!!

When I received my Bayou Classic turkey fryer, the outer box that it arrived in was in terrible shape; it was torn and battered and clearly had seen better days. The only problem with the contents is that the thermometer was broken. Bayou Classic replaced it promptly. Their customer service is superb.
