This is some of the best ice cream anywhere. If you have been thinking about trying it and haven't do yourself a favor and do it. My favorites are amazing grace which is blackberry cheesecake and Katie's crunch which is heath bar, butterscotch sauce and roasted Pecans. Absolutely wonderful!

The young guys they had there the day I went... If I pull up again, I won't be ordering. The worse service I ever received! Been going to BOPs for years and I never thought I would have an experience of this caliber! I enjoyed the product but the process and delivery was a mess!

Love this place, my go to when I have a sweet tooth, I always get the Fudge Brownie with nuts and ice cream, they also provide pup cups for my furbabies and they alway ask me instead of me asking, great customer service

Delicious! Use drive thru 2 cars ahead of us, but didn't have to wait long. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed it very much.

Been coming to this Bops for 16 years and this is the worst experience EVER. This location was FULL of staff on Sunday afternoon and took 40 minutes to get through a line of two cars. The entire staff was screwing off inside. Better get it together owners, 3 cars drove off. Even got our order wrong. UNEXCEPTABLE

We stopped by the Bops in Brandon on April 8, 2023, around 6 PM. We ordered a small confetti cup with extra cherries and a small strawberry patch. We asked the sales associates about the point system that Bops use to have based on your phone number and neither one knew anything about it. They both had been working there around a month. We pulled up to the pick up window and waited around 15 minutes for our order and no one ever showed up. There were no customers behind us so we backed up our car to the order window and we saw both sales associates sitting down looking at their phones. Neither one had made any effort to work on our order. They immediately jumped up and started to work on the order. Our confetti cup and the strawberry patch were in smaller containers than the last time we were here. Very disappointing experience!

Stopped here on the way home and I always get the Katie Crunch. The service was fast and it was good as usual. I will return when in the area again.

They're always very nice! Love the ice cream, shaved ice, shaved ice stuffed with custard. ? It's all amazing!! Love that my dog gets a very nice treat!! They even give my 20yr old pup who isn't able to ride with me a treat!! Sometimes the wait is long and they seem understaffed at times. That is my reasoning for a 4, but overall a great place to stop!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Reese's concrete with extra Reese's. I had probably less than one full Reese's scoop all nestled on top to look like it had Reese's in it. Really annoying.
