My husband ordered me a Whopper they gave me the Whopper package but when you open up the burger you get two pieces of hamburger meat cheese and bacon now what the hell is this. Do they not know how to make a Whopper.

The service was bad the Yong gentleman was rude. And I order 2 bk melts they was so busy talking and messing around they didn't toast the bread on either sandwich

The general manager there named Gerald treats his employees so bad I walked out. I will not sit anywhere and spend money just to watch this guy whose supposed to be a leader belittle people in front of other employees and CUSTOMERS!

I went through the drive-through and was told to stop behind the yellow pole. So I start to pull up and the manager sticks her head out the window and tells me to stop. Sat there for 10 minutes and finally pulled up on my own and the girl in the drive-through apologized, had my drink sitting there, then close the door in my face, then came back and took my card came back and gave me my card and didn’t give me my drink and told me to pull forward. I pull forward and they bring my stuff out to me. I get home. Everything is cold. My drink is watered down and the meat is undercooked. I’m so displeased with us because Burger King has been there for a long time and it’s been a staple of the community unfortunately, the service and the staff have gone down tremendously. I guess that’s to be expected in a fast food industry even though they charge you regular restaurant prices

I normally have no issues with this BK, but today the lady who was in charge of taking orders was very RUDE and lacked customer service skills! She kept cutting me off, missed what I added to my order after rudely cutting me off to give me my total. Once I made it to the window I asked if she had me in for two fries with no salt, she proceeds to get smart with me and made it seem like a problem because she messed up!
As a former employee I’m so disappointed, they way yalls young new employees are handing out food is RIDICULOUS. I ordered two whopper jr and got plain cheeseburgers???? This has become an everytime experience my and my family spend our money at this location. Tammy would be fuming if she knew this is how y’all are running the store. I get messing up an order or two but EVERY TIME even through delivery is insane. Poor Mr.James

Third time order was wrong and you never get an answer on the phone with them at night. Twice they put onion on my orders which I'm allergic too so I couldn't get it at all. Third time I order my double with cheese no onion extra pickles. This time I got a single without cheese. But at least I could eat it being no onion. Very poor at filling orders always wrong 3 out of 3 not made to order

Orrdered two Biscuit Egg and Sausage in drive through window and got two biscuit, egg and sausage with cheese. Opened up wrapping in car and top biscuit on both orders were crumbled exposing mass of melted cheese that would be impossible to eat. Top if biscuit was crumbled! Girl waitng on us was very rude! Not first time I’ve had this kind of experience at that restaurant.
