Went to Burger King in Brandon Ms today. This store has fallen to a very low point. The manager that's always on the front counter is always so rude, she was arguing with kitchen team screaming at crew in kitchen with attitude, the food was ice cold and they pulled me up for 10 min just to bring out cold burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted and the pattie was cold as well. I bet if food inspector caim in and temped the food they would have failed it. They need to get it together. I will be letting the health department know.

Cashier was very rude, management make a visit go check it out,the manager could care less and the cashier at drive through was a biracial looking girl,she just about made me ask her for full refund,she gave me all sorts of dirty looks she was looking at me all Krazy because the manager was talking shit because she got an attitude with me at drive through so what do y'all job

Atmosphere was garbage. No one in the parking lot. Front lobby closed. Employees walking in and out of the building and playing in the lobby. We had 2 orders to pick up and we were the only ones at the place but after 15 minutes of watching them not care about their jobs, the business, and us as customers we just canceled our orders and left. Will never return but I doubt it matters. They will be shut down soon anyway.

Waited in a long line, when placing my order the employee is rushing me to place my order only to move me up in line once I get to the drive thru window. Get my order should be a large fries but it's in a large fry container but it's only a few fries looks like a small order. The problem is the quality isnt there anymore bc they too worry about there numbers at the window.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the West Government location in Brandon, MS. During my visit this morning, I ordered the #1 Croissant with sausage, egg, and cheese, but unfortunately, both the sausage and egg seemed stale. It is concerning to receive food of such poor quality, as customers expect fresh items prepared to a high standard. I hope that the establishment prioritizes the quality of the food served, in order to meet customer expectations for a satisfactory dining experience.
Additionally, I experienced very poor customer service, as my calls to the restaurant went unanswered.
