Horrible rude service . Did a four year old design the drive thru? Won’t be back

Brandon location has consistently left items purchased out of my online orders. I called yesterday asking them to load the food items on my app and they have yet to do it. Service and food quality has gone down drastically in the last few months.

I would never return here due to the horrible drive-thru situation. Also, I’ve never left a review on any Chick-Fil-A but making an exception for this, which is sad because I LOVE Chick-Fil-A. Anyway, there is only one way in and out that both the drive thru and parking lot share. It’s dangerous and slow and irritating. We did the mobile thru lane and somehow still waited while two cars behind us got their food first. The whole experience was definitely not the normal Chick-Fil-A standard. On a positive note, the food was still good and the worker did apologize for how long it took.
Parking: Dangerous parking lot due to it being shared with the drive thru cars in both directions.

Went to this Chick-Fil-A last night in Brandon, MS and the drive thru lines is sooooo sloooooooooooooow . Wait times are always insane there. Last time I waited about 25 minutes to get to the window. So I decide to go inside and I ordered at the counter to save time. After I order inside, I waited about 15 minutes with no results ... so I decided to go up and ask about my order. Apparently this young teenager had given the last spicy chicken sandwich to another customer about 10 minutes earlier and had decided to just cancel out my order out of convenience that he wouldn't have to deal with finding another spicy chicken sandwich. So I was waiting there while my order had already been cancelled the whole time. Nearly 30 minutes and they took my money and I still got no food. I hear complaints about this place alot. This place is not managed well ... and my friend who worked there says that they only hire teenagers and people who have served time, because they are cheaper to hire than typical adults. They need to find new management. Used to be a nice place by going down hill fast.
Parking: Parking is hard to find.

I eat a lot of Chick-fil-A. This location always has the slowest drive through. Lunch time is so backed up that you can’t maneuver in the parking lot. Unfortunately it has been this way for years. I think this will be the last time I visit this location.

Went this morning around 6am and placed a mobile order. Ordered bacon, egg, chz with bacon added. The bacon was literally raw. I wish I would’ve saved the picture but it was so disgusting and I probably won’t come back since the quality of food the past two months has not been great. I also had a chicken biscuit which was okay but I couldn’t even see the filet on it since it was so thin and small. I love chicken fil a. It just seems like it’s never good anymore 80% of time.

Came by 2 times this last couple weeks for dine in , first time they confused my order and give me sandwiches instead of chicken nuggets, manager save the day quickly, very niece lady and really good manager less than a minute problem was corrected !!! Second time they just skip my complete order 15 min later , i came by and tell them , they don't even knew about , took other 10 min to get my order and my sandwiches was cold , come onnn!!! ( the nice manager was not there the second time) NEED MORE FOCUS ON DINE IN

They forgot my chicken sandwich on my to-go order. The food at this location is not that good. Go to the Flowood location, it’s not that much further and the food is A LOT better. In addition, Flowood location has never messed up my to-go order. I shouldn’t have to check my order to make sure YOU did YOUR JOB correctly.

Against my better judgement due to previous experience, I used the mobile through service. Brandon Chick-fil-a has got to be the absolute worst Chick-fil-a ever!!!! The regular line goes faster than the mobile through line. Several, and I mean several, cars behind us were served their food before we were. We were then asked to move forward which I refused because the last time I had to park and go in to finally get my food. How hard is it to make 2 chicken sandwich meals, a chicken nugget kids meal, and 2 ice cream cups? That’s all we ordered!! Nothing special, just as they come. We get home and there is no prize in the kids meal (try explaining that to a 3 year old) and a missing ice cream cup!! To top it off, the person at the window/door was incredibly rude!! I can’t think of any Chick-fil-a I’ve been to have rude employees. Well, I can’t think of any other Chick-fil-a location that has the issues this location does!! I don’t recommend this location to anyone!! First bad experience, shame on you. Second bad experience, shame on me. There will not be a third!!!
One of the best Chik-fil-A's I've been to. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. Our order was delivered moments later. I had ordered coffee, so they made it fresh and a very nice lady brought it to our table. This restaurant was clean and comfortable. It's easy to get to from I-20. I highly recommend this place.

This place used to be great and fast. When they got the new drive thru everything changed. The food is great, the atmosphere isn’t bad, but the service is now comparable with McDonald’s. We did a mobile order this morning 15 minutes before we arrived, then sat in line for another 15 minutes waiting to get to the drive thru, and then had to pull up and wait even longer because they did not have chicken minis ready. Ridiculous!
