I’ve given this place too many chances but my kids love their chicken for some reason. Never had great service here! BUT THIS TIME I’m at the counter ordering, had put everyone but mine in. All young kids working & 1 of them decided it was bright idea to pour a bucket of tea into the pitcher. Went all down my left side, on my brand new $130 shoes, in my wallet, & in my purse. Needless to say… NEVER AGAIN! I hope yall get either ppl with a brain or close down! Now I’m hangry!

This may be one of the slowest chick fil a s I’ve ever been too, it’s like this every time we go no matter the day or time. There is no point in using mobile thru because it doesn’t get your food any quicker than the normal line, we were actually passed by multiple people in the regular line. We waited over 20 minutes for three items, and when we got to the window it still wasn’t ready and we had to pull forward. I’m not sure who runs this location but they need to work on this because it’s consistently an issue. If you don’t have 30 minutes to wait in a drive thru go literally anywhere else

Two people smiled and were friendly, the rest acted like they were in prison. I waited nearly 10 minutes for a lukewarm chicken biscuit..Do Better Chick-fil-A, you can't just rest on your laurels.

This was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. My family I went to the Chick-fil-A one random to the evening and we found ourselves in the cleanest Chick-fil-A with the best service. Everything was fantastic. On top of that, we were surprised with the Chick-fil-A mascot and presents being handed out to kids. It was just an overall great experience – the Chick-fil-A should be highlighted.

Their drive-through was the most confusing set up we’ve ever encountered. We waited in the typical long Chick-fil-A line only to find out we needed to have some kind of app and pre-order. Apparently, the three cars in front of us also found themselves in the same conundrum because they also all left without any food just like us. No one even talked to us. I’d say this is a big FAIL on their part.

The workers here are very sweet, but the timeliness of the service really needs to be worked on. It really shouldn’t be a reason why you play some mobile order in the drive-through is moving faster than the mobile order. Isn’t that the whole purpose?

Second time in a row I have been given the wrong order and not know till I get home 30 minutes away. Receipt has my correct order each time but they put the wrong food in the bag. I hope service improves for other customers in the future.
