I am not a big fan of ice cream, but this places ice cream is out of this world!!! I haven't tried the snow cones, but if they are half as good as the ice cream, you don't want to miss out!!

Really disappointing experience. Their hours say they close at 8 pm, and we called ahead letting them know we had a car full of folks on our way, including a birthday boy excited for some ice cream, and that we'd arrive a few minutes before closing. The girl on the phone confirmed they would not be closing before 8 and that they'd see us soon. We pulled into the drive-thru at 7:58 pm, where a man (assuming the owner) shooed us away, saying they were closed, despite our pleas and attempted explanation. We would not have made the drive or rearranged our dinner if the employee on the phone had not reassured us that arriving a few minutes before closing was okay.
I can't say we won't be back because this is some of our favorite ice cream in the area (we've told all our friends how much we enjoy it and were bringing a couple of first-timers last night), but as a frequent and loyal customer, I'm frustrated by this interaction and hope management will reconsider its treatment of paying patrons. Seeing a recent Facebook post celebrating having customers in line 5 minutes before closing makes our experience all the more perplexing. At the very least, the owner and employees ought to get on the same page about what time they stop taking orders.

Customer service had gone down hill. I had changed my mind a few times while I ordered then laughed got me my icecream got a three scoop in a two got a chocolate syrup it went all of the over cup and had no actual syrup in my icecream. This workers are either rude or incompetent.

Great ice cream. However, when I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait on my $30 order, I still had to wait for it to be prepared even though I was 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. I was also charged a 4% takeout fee. I didn’t realize I could eat inside the building.

We have a hard time locating a desert shop that offers sugar-free options. Then we found Flying Dolly's. This place is now a family favorite!!! A place where we all can have a sweet treat.

Stay away from this place if you do not want to be disrespected and yelled at. The manager is arrogant and treats customers with complete disregard. Just look at how he responds to negative reviews. His attitude speaks for itself.

We drive from Clinton to Flying Dolly's because it is that good. The staff is always so nice and helpful, and the snow cones and homemade ice cream are delicious! Be prepared to sit in a long line during the summer because it is very popular. I work at Mississippi College, and they often come set up a truck for the students, and it's always a big hit!

My family and I are frequent patrons of Flying Dolly’s. The prices are good, the servings are generous, and the quality of the treats are even better. The Malted Banana with ‘Nilla Wafers is my personal favorite whether it’s in ice cream or milkshake form, but the milkshake is the best. The staff is always kind and courteous and my dogs love going too for the pup cups! One of the biggest reasons I’m a fan of this establishment is their sincerity. I signed up for an ice cream competition for a promotion a while back possibly when the shop was Chillin’ on the Rez. I believe the competition started early or the time was changed because when I showed up at the time on the flyer I had, I was the only “competitor”. I told the staff I was there for the competition and I believe they stated they had started early due to the number of people or weather concerns. The prizes were gift cards to the store. It was either the owner or the manager that met me outside and insisted that I accept a gift card for being there. My family and I will be customers for many years to come! Additionally, I enjoy the free entertainment that is provided via the owners responses to negative review trolls.
