Great place. Real Southern atmosphere and hospitality. The beer was ice cold, the crawdads spicy hot, the wait staff was kind and friendly. Do you self a favor and eat here when you come through town.

I’ve been eating here for about 1 1/2 year’s now and the food and service was always good. But I went here the 3rd week in November on a Friday and the service was poor maybe understaffed and the food wasn’t up to its usual everything we ordered barley had any meat so I just thought it was a off night went back 2 nd week in December on a Friday it was the exact same thing. Thinking I might have to find a New Mexican restaurant unfortunately.

Expensive for the portion you get IMHO. It is perfectly decent Mexican food, but not my first pick unless you are close by and need to stay within that area. Like all, they may have a specific dish that is however better than other similar restaurants.

I have eaten here three times now and the food is just not good. I will not return.Visit 1: I picked up take out & got home and my order was incomplete.Visit 2: My food was not seasoned & my check was inaccurate - way overcharged.Visit 3: My fajitas meat was in large chunks, not sliced and no seasoning. The salsa was mostly water.Three strikes and you’re out!You will need to drive west on Hwy 25 to Dogwood Shopping areas for much better Mexican cuisine.
Love love love Fernando’s tacos But I was very disappointed today. The shells were different, the cheese was lumpy and the meat didn’t have any taste and the salsa was not as good as I’ve had before.
