Ordered an unicorn cake 3 weeks in advance and asked for it to be ready on 12/11 for a bday party on the 12th. Regina was nice, but seemed a little frazzled on the phone. She told me she would email me an invoice when we hung up. I entrusted HSCC catering my family Thanksgiving Dinner. Truly exceeded all expectations. The dressing had the perfect blend of seasons. Greens and greenbeans deserve 5 star rating. Turkey cooked to perfection and a side of cornbread that was delicious. The best is last mac and cheese as my daughter says "gave us life". Regina was very professional. She responded within minutes of initial contact via FB messages. The entire process was lovely from start to finish.... I don't know how I have found her without FB, very happy with the food and services.

I am beyond disappoint with my purchase. My sister and I was so excited about getting this cake for my pops 50th birthday just to bet down with disappoint. Not once did she mention to us that she could NOT replicate the cake that we asked for . On top of that she said the cake would be ready at 2pm but we decided to pick up the cake at 3:30 which the cake was still not ready until 3:50 ! I truly don’t feel like the maximum effort was put into this cake AT ALL ! This is nothing near what we asked and on top of that we paid 165 dollars for his cake ! I THIS WAS FOR A SPECIAL occasion for our Dad and we were let down. We were crunched for time so obviously we couldn’t asked to get it remade. The taste of the cake was about 6/10 as well. please take a look at the picture of the cake we asked for ( first picture )versus the the cake we actually received.
