So amazing! From the fresh sashimi to the fresh decor! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming 🙏the lunch specials are also so awesome! They have quality service and should I say cuisine which is fantastic! The prices are more surprising for the quality! Our first time but definitely impressionable! I give this place 1000/5 🙌

Best Japanese in Jackson! Give them a try if you haven’t already.

My husband and I lived in Japan for 3.5 years and miss it dearly. Hibiki is the closest we’ve gotten since being stationed in MS afterwords.

The food is delicious, priced great, but we really appreciate the amazing family & staff who served us. The sweetest!

We drive from Meridian just to eat here that’s how good it is.

Favorites: Miso soup, Sweet potato tempura roll, edamame, and my husband loves the spicy salmon rolls.

Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. :)

We eat here nearly every week! That is no overstatement at all for how much we enjoy the food, the staff, and the service. This sushi is the freshest by far! I cannot think of a menu item we have enjoyed that did not meet our expectations for excellence in taste and preparation. Lily and her team work hard to serve their customers. We love eating at Hibiki!
