The best!!!! Quality food for a good price!

This is a beautiful restaurant. The service was very good. They did not rush our dinner. The caterpillar roll and the shrimp tempura was great. All the rolls are very delicious and beautiful! Also fresh!!!The crab cheese Wontons and dumplings were amazing! My kid got the kids chicken,and it was so good!We will be back weekly!

This place is fantastic! The food is phenomenal and the staff is excellent. Our family has visited this establishment many times and we are always pleased with our dining experience. If you're looking for fresh delicious cuisine look no further......this is the BEST!!!

Food was fantastic. Sushi is fresh with different combinations. Plenty of options. Great lunch specials and special rolls. Would definitely recommend for dine-in or takeout

This is a small restaurant. The service was very good. They did not rush our party. The dancing shrimp was great. The hibachi was generous, but the steak was overcooked. The shrimp 🍤 was cooked properly. If I got it again, I would do chicken and shrimp. One of my friends got the scallops and said they were cooked perfectly. The crab appetizer was delicious. A friend got the tuna tower, and it was fantastic. We would definitely go back.

Best sushi and hibachi I've ever had!

This is my second trip to Mississippi and my second trip to Hibiki. They haven't disappointed me yet! Absolutely amazing food and just the best people ever! They gave my daughter ice cream, stickers, and a sucker. Needless to say, she loves the place.

At Hibiki Sushi & Grill, I ordered the chicken yaki soba, and it was fantastic. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with tender, well-seasoned chicken and a flavorful, savory sauce that tied everything together. The fresh, crunchy vegetables added a nice contrast, and the portion was generous.

While the yaki soba was a highlight, Hibiki offers plenty of other options as well. From beautifully crafted sushi rolls to flavorful hibachi dishes, there’s something for every palate, ensuring a great dining experience no matter what you choose.
