Food was amazing. Staff wasn't really talkative and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

Their pizza is fantastic. It just sucks it takes 2 hours to get to me. Even on a Monday in the afternoon! Makes no sense.Edit: review changed to 5 stars. They're food is still great and my food has since started arriving in a timely manner with friendly service.

Ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza and some howie bread. Decent quality and on par with most of the other big name pizza chains. Worker was nice and friendly. Would try again.

Being new to MS I figured I'd give this place a shot.. Giving 2 stars and its only for the staff. One guy cooking and one lady on register, on a Saturday?? They were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately the pizza was nasty, driving home it didn't even smell like pizza in the car. I ate two pieces, rest went to the garbage.Side note the next day I told a coworker I tried this place and she laughed and said oh no, should have asked me first. She said it's the Ramen noodles if pizza.

The ultimate supreme pizza was really good thin crust was perfect. That cookie is sinfully delicious. The buffalo wings were really good!

Had an extremely weird experience when I went to pick up a pizza. Employee in the kitchen ignored me and wouldn't actually give it to me. I was the only person in the store and it took 8 minutes to pick up a pizza, which was ready before I even left my house. He saw me when I came in. I did not bother him for SEVERAL MINUTES until he was finished with what he was doing. Told him I was there to pick up, but he wouldn't even look at me. Instead he washed his hands and went back to work in the kitchen. I had to beg him to engage with me. When he finally did, he began quizzing me about how I would even know my pizza was ready, despite him triggering it as ready in the app (and it being in the warmer oven). After I left, he called my cell phone (I did not pick up) and told me 1) He never ignored me. 2) That he thought *I* must be the one having a bad day, though I never lost my temper. 3) Apologized for being a "smart a*** after implying that I was the one with the problem. (Remember, I was there for 8 minutes, verified by Google maps.) I emailed the owner AND submitted a complaint through the website. It's been a week and no one has reached out. Owner obviously doesn't care and must endorse this kind of behavior since this particular employee has done it before -- except last time another employee came in to help. So beware: I've been a regular customer for at least a year and this is how they treat you at Hungry Howie's. I would not trust this employee to ever handle food I'm going to eat again. When you hear about restaurants having an over 50% failure rate, keep in mind places like this that actually DO NOT want your business.

The last 3 times I ordered my meals they didn't show up. I called and they had no delivery driver. Store hours on website says they close at 10pm so I wanted something to eat, go to the app and it's closed. Called the store and it says they close at 9. How can this store still be opened when I can't even spend money there? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had the same problems.

Never order delivery from Hungry Howies on Spillway in Brandon. Takes 1-2 hours before the delivery is even on the way to your house. Ridiculous!!

This used to be my favorite pizza place. The pizza itself is great. Over the past 6 months or so the service has become terrible. I have had my pizza left on the porch instead of handed to me. I didn't know once for a long time until I decided to just look because it should be here. The pizza was full of roaches. Instead of a nice apology and understanding response from staff I was treated like it was my fault. I never asked them to leave it and I was home. This happened 2 times. Then another time I ordered for my staff for delivery during our peak season. I was contacted and blatantly told we don't have a driver so you can either pick it up or I'll cancel your order. I understand being short staffed and had no problem picking up my order. The tone and attitude of the guy that called me was rude and combative for no reason. It's like I am a burden because I want to order pizza. I want to be a loyal customer and keep giving this place chances but, I don't know how many more I can give. I really wanted pizza tonight and the Google listing says they are open until 12am. I called at 8:30pm and no answer. Apparently they are closed already on a Saturday night.

Typical pizza joint. The flavored crust makes this a little different than other pizza places. Although several other pizza chains now have flavored crust. This is just a little carry out/delivery location. But they will make the pizza you order and have it ready when you get there.

They always for get to add the flavor on the crust. Better check your pizza before you leave the store. Mentioned it to the manager, and the only thing he had to say was "ok, I forgot".
