My order was prepared wrong, and to fix the problem, they just scraped the unwanted items off and served it anyway.
I was charged full price for a meal that I barely touched.
Our third disappointing visit to Jo’s.
I had lunch at Brandon location. Nice experience. Will go back! Banana pudding was like grandma’s! ❤️

Pros-
* Seated Quickly
* Beignets w/ Chocolate sauce- Great! Hot & Fresh!
Cons-
* 3 of the 4 of us got our food at the same time the last plate come out 10 minutes after
* The first 3 plates came out cold.
* The poached eggs on my Benedict were hard boiled.
* The omelet was more of a baked egg loaf. Didn’t get cheese grits (as ordered) hash browns instead.
