Please do not eat here. The chicken they served me and my family was horrible. The food didn't look edible. I took the food back and got my money back. I should've known something was wrong when it almost looked empty on the inside and outside from the parking lot.

The staff in the window was nice but they all can’t really hear through the speaker or the window. The first thing I tried was my sweet tea. It tasted like the nastiest unsweet tea MIXED with sprite and coke like it all came out of the same machine. It was disgusting. So then I pull out my food. I had 2 drum sticks. I showed my husband because I was in disbelief. This drumstick looked 2 days old. I tried them anyways bc I was starving. It was disgusting. The food had been out for a day already maybe 2 and tasted like it. The crust was stale and nothing was fresh. The biscuit was the same. It was fluffy on the inside but stale on the outside. I let my dog eat the rest of my chicken bc I couldn’t get myself to stomach it. Don’t go here.

We stopped in here on the way home from a road trip. We waited in line to order for almost 15 min. The workers seemed uninterested in the business, the food was hot and decent, the atmosphere was ok, not too dirty of a place but clean enough.

During my recent visit to this place I unfortunately encountered a series of disappointments that marred my dining experience. Right from the start, my order was mishandled—twice. I had ordered two Famous Bowls combos, each of which should have come with a drink, but I was told that only one drink would accompany my meal. To add to my frustration, I also noticed that the gravy I had specifically requested was missing from my order. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, I was met with a surprising lack of courtesy that only compounded my disappointment. The staff member who attempted to assist me in resolving the mix-up displayed a level of unprofessionalism that left me feeling more frustrated than helped. As someone who values the nuances of quality customer service and attention to detail, I found my experience to be far below the standards one would expect in the hospitality industry. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

I mean, the male cashier is polite and helpful but every single female behind the counter is rude and snappy with customers. No thanks. I'd rather eat slop served with a smile than deal with ignorance and entitlement 🤷🏻😬.
Terrible and will NEVER BE BACK ! Literally paid 12 bucks for a new dunk it bowl in the app chose my two sauces didn’t receive any sauce nor gravy so now I have a dry bowl I nearly choked on the old dry chicken I was served ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and was told they no longer have it. App said my order was ready for pickup and still had to wait for my old food for another 12 minutes employee was on the phone talking to her friend the entire time ..grand idea, your getting paid to work..so take a little less time talking to friends and pay more attention to the customer that just spent 20 bucks on some old dry food with no sauce ..never again

When asked about charging a higher price than what was posted on their menu board, the manager just shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. It was only a dime, but they should charge accurate prices, and be more considerate and professional to their customers.
