Terrible and will NEVER BE BACK ! Literally paid 12 bucks for a new dunk it bowl in the app chose my two sauces didn’t receive any sauce nor gravy so now I have a dry bowl I nearly choked on the old dry chicken I was served ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and was told they no longer have it. App said my order was ready for pickup and still had to wait for my old food for another 12 minutes employee was on the phone talking to her friend the entire time ..grand idea, your getting paid to work..so take a little less time talking to friends and pay more attention to the customer that just spent 20 bucks on some old dry food with no sauce ..never again

When asked about charging a higher price than what was posted on their menu board, the manager just shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. It was only a dime, but they should charge accurate prices, and be more considerate and professional to their customers.

Lobby was locked at 12:50 PM 10/31/24 Called and asked what the issue was, and was told “we’re short handed, but you can go through the drive through.” I told the man I’m in a work vehicle and we are not allowed to use drive through. “Alright” *click. I basically got told “oh well, too bad.” About what you’d expect from a KFC and the people they employ. ??♂️

I ordered from here through DoorDash. I ordered a three piece meal and a two piece meal. The three piece was supposed to come with two breasts and a wing. The two piece side was supposed to be cole slaw. The three piece came with two thighs and a leg. The two piece came with mashed potatoes and gravy.
The chicken here is great but it cost way too much.

Every time I go through this drive through, I’m disappointed. Not professional and the food is not the best! I don’t like to complain, but this is my least favorite location. Customer service should be a concern in order for everything else to fall in place. I do not like any drinks that I have tried. The sweet tea is definitely horrible!!

This place is terrible!! Please don't go to this place!! Orders messed up. 1 person had to bring their order back because it they didn't put all of her food in her bag. Now I've been here for literally 35 minutes because they put Krispy chicken in my 3 boxes instead of Original so I had to wait until the original was cooked. Guy eventually asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. I told him a coke would do. Well he never brought me a cup for the coke and never ever brought it up again. After 40 mins i finally got my order. .this place is garbage..Don't spend your hard earned money at this place!!! I will never come here again and I will definitely tell my friends not to come to this place!!
