We went throught the drive thru and ordered 24 krystals. We had to pull up and wait but not for long and the little burgers were tiny perfection 👌.

Me and my mother in law came in around 10 am. ,like a week ago or so, and I've ordered chili cheese fries without the chili, which is right, and also ordered the 5pack Krystal burger with cheese and meat. That's all I wanted on the Krystal burgers because I told them no mustard i always loved their Krystal burgers, but i was ok with that with the mustard, BUT THE VERY WORST PART IS THAT MY MOTHER IN LAW ORDERED FRIES AND 5PACK KRYSTAL'S BUT WHENEVER SHE STARTED TO EAT HER FRIES SHE HAD SEEN HAIR IN HER 🍟 IT HAD A GOOD BIT OF HAIR IN THE FRIES AND I'VE SEEN THIS MYSELF AND THEN SHE TOOK THE FRIES TO THE CASHER TO SHOW THEM THE FRIES 🍟 THAT HAD HAIR IN IT AND NEVER ASKED IF SHE WANTED A FREASH COOKED FRIES NOR COME TO OUR TABLE TO GIVE HER FREASH FRIES AND ALSO THEY NEVER SAD SORRY EITHER AND THE PLACE IS NASTY AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND KRYSTAL NEEDS TO BE WEARING HAIR NETS REGARDLESS WHENEVER THEY ARE COOKING ANYTHING NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHENEVER IT COMES DOWN TO FOOD AND WE WON'T BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN 💯💯

Workers tried getting into a fight with my husband . Verbal and physical confrontation. They are rude and the restaurant is disgustingly dirty .

only two very young employees as far as I could see. They both were acting strange as if they were being made to do the job. restrooms were disgusting with a capital D. We ordered and then threw the food away. Wasn't going to chance food poisoning.
It took forever for her to figure out what I ordered after trying to give me 2 other peoples orders. She would NOT give me a receipt because I paid cash. Over all I feel like they need more training and be knowledgeable of the drive through process.

When you finally get someone to come to the register and she says “what do you want”. Then you order a chix waffle sandwich to be told “we sell them but no one here right now knows how to make them”. When you ansk for your receipt abe they have to dig it out of the trash. Unacceptable. Will not be back. Get your store together management team.

Had to pull up and wait. That’s not an issue but when the burgers and fries are cold it’s irritating. They no longer take pride in their job. Food is slapped together meat and everything barely on the bun. It just ridiculous. They are nice but food is not like it used to be. Two years ago and before then it was always good. Since then it’s been disappointing and bad. Ordered 24 and we only ate 8. Did not eat the fries. Wasted $40! I’m done! Plenty other places to go.
