Ordered through the app and waited over 2 hours. Three door dash drivers later I find out that they apparently gave my food to someone else and will not fulfill my order. Oh, and it will be about 10 business days before I get my money back. Unbelievable.

Ordered online and tge app said 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Half the order sat on the counter getting cold while I waited for the other half. New staff every time I go. I can see why.

I have eaten from Little Caesars for many years, but over the last 2 or 3 years the food and service have become unacceptable. There was once they delivered a partial order and refused to go back and recover the complete order, but said they would credit my account. A month later I finally had to resort to calling my credit card company to resolve the matter. The last time I ordered from Little Caesars to treat out of town company, we decided to pick up the order, it was 35 minutes past the listed ready time before it was ready, and everyone got sick after eating the pizza. That was the last time I will be using Little Caesars.

I just had a HORRIBLE customer experience at the Crossgates Little Caesars location! It took 35 minutes to get ONE extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. I would've requested a refund but it would've taken just as long to receive that. I seriously considered leaving with no product or refund several times. This is awful customer service & customers should be automatically refunded for being forced to pay money and waste so much time to do business at this location. I will never return to this location again or reccomend it to anyone else! My true review is 0 stars out of 5.

This little Caesar’s sucks in Brandon MS . The last 4 times I have been there they have not had any pizzas hot and ready to go . You either have to wait 10 to 20 minutes or not get a pizza at all . Do better

I went to get a pizza at this location. They had 3 already ready. The pepperoni’s were burned. They tried to give me another one, same way. The manager claimed that had just came out of the oven. I ask if they could put me a fresh one in the oven. I refuse to pay my hard earn money for food that I am not satisfied with. I don’t have money to throw away. In the end they did do the right thing and fixed me a fresh one even though she kept saying that the ones that she tried to give me were fresh.
