Terrible customer service. Employees were not even remotely friendly or pleasant. Extremely long wait times. I ordered two pizzas and a breadstick and was told food was ready. I paid. Cashier then said food was not ready. Waited 30 minutes. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Cashier said she voided my transaction and gave me a receipt. the younger staff here are extremely rude and have attitudes. they really need to get an attitude adjustment or just not work here if they can't hire people that have better customer services skills

Terrible customer service. Employees were not even remotely friendly or pleasant. Extremely long wait times. I was handed a box for my pizza after about a 20 minute wait that was covered in grease all over the bottom. When I brought it to the employees attention none of them wanted to help me. I had to request a new box for the pizza. Staff then threw the pizza box at me.
