I visited Lost Pizza in Brandon tonight, and it must have been an off night. I placed my order at 7:45pm, and the wrong pizza was brought out. They said they would remake the pizza, but by 8:20pm it still hadn't come. I asked for my money back, and it took two people to reprint my ticket. I was told that if I was charged, I could come back later and they would refund my order. No one apologized for the mistake.
