Food was okay. We got there about 1 and a few things looked like they had been there a while. They did put fresh pizza out but not alot of variety. Salad bar was stocked and had a good variety.
We were checked on several times so the service was on point.

Staff at the local restaurant are very rude to their customers. I did not realize it had gotten so bad. And its a shame because we love their pizzas and nachos.
We were home this week to visit family. My husband suggested getting Mazzios before heading back to Atlanta and im so glad we did! Growing up in Jackson, mazzzios was a go to date for hubby and I on a random day. We have one in Winder,GA and we have only been twice. The first time was nice. The second time was last summer and it was disgusting. We will never go back. The restaurant here need some upgrades/refresher but the food was hot! Even the marinara sauce. And good!!!
The service and choice of pizza was horrible for the price. The pizza was burned and if there was a manger there you could not tell. It was very slow and no one was there so the girl up front was trying to rush us out. Never again will be be eating there and would not recommend it to anyone else. Really sad this used to be a really great place. If I could have left a review with no stars I would have.

We had high hopes. We walked in and ordered two buffets and the girl I feel really wasn’t with it finally got our order so we could pay. Then the layout of food was way subpar. Only a few types of pizza to choose from and no desert of any kind. Looking around there were a lot of unhappy customers due to no selection and what was out there you could tell it had been there a while. So bad we won’t be back to give it another chance. I didn’t see one adult or seemed to be manager. It looked like it was unmanaged. So sad what the workforce has become.

Putting people on hold for 10+ mins when they call is awful customer service. Will not waste my gas again coming all the way here only to be told the buffet closed which could have been said over the phone saving me 30 mins of gas.
