Went in to eat today with friends/customers (who had a coupon) for Christmas Eve and realized that not only did my x’s brother still work there (who I said hi to and he ignored me) but my son was in there with his stepmom. The food was not fresh-yuck but I wasn’t there for the food I was there for fellowship with two people for the holidays. Anyway-I went to say hi to my son and tell him I love him and merry Christmas Eve and then I went and sat down. My son then finally was about to leave (13 yrs old) and turned to yell “bye mom love you happy Christmas Eve” and before I could say anything his uncle Ryan runs from the kitchen to the front door and pushes him out telling him to just go and not talk to me. I attempted to ask to speak to the manager Kelly or Joey who my father knew and no one called me. That is totally sick and unacceptable. That is my son and it is Christmas. He should have stayed in the back and made some fresh pizza and kept his hands off my son. Mayb someone can reach out to me now and speak to me about this nonsense.

Staff extremely rude. Called to ask if buffet was open, but before I could ask my question was out on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back assuming they had forgotten about me and they picked up and immediately hung up the phone

I don't typically leave reviews , but I couldn't in good conscience not leave one today . Please please don't go here . We went here today and the drink machine was so beyond dirty , it was covered with both black mold and white fuzzy mold , and it was thick and slimey , covering the tray at the bottom that catches everything . Right in the customers face , an employee even went over there twice and refilled the ice and didn't even look twice . I feel like everyone is probably ignoring it , expecting someone else to clean it because IT IS absolutely disgusting . I've seen questionable things in public places before but this one took the cake. Once I saw that it was a no for me . If they have something that dirty and neglected at the drink machine where every customer passes by and can clearly see it .... it's no telling what it looks like in the back where we can't see !! I should have took a picture .

The person at the counter could have cared less about waiting on us. He wasn't busy and did not have any customers at the time. The pizza was not good and they used to be GREAT, The salad bar was just okay

Ordered an online order at 7:30 while waiting in line at the pharmacy. I arrived at mazzios at 7:50. Waited in my car for an extra 5 minutes to give them the full 25 minutes it told me it would take for it to be ready. I walk in and after waiting 5 more minutes for someone to ask me what they could do for me come to find out that my order was never given to the cooks to make. I asked for a refund at that point. The manager sent the cook up front to just tell me it would go back on my card. I asked for a receipt of the refund. He went back there to tell her I wanted a receipt she walks up from the back with an attitude. Never spoke to me to apologize for the mishaps or anything. Sent the cook back to me with the voided receipt. The cook apologized for the inconvenience. He needs to teach his manager how to be a manager.

I placed an online order on 8/2/2024. The food was TERRIBLE!!! The pizza was missing lot of the bottom crust, mostly burnt and stuck to the bottom of the box! The boneless wings hardly had any sauce on them very dry! $34 wasted we had to trash all of it!!!! It was the first and LAST visit!!! I will continue to drive to Richland location

The place was nasty. It looked like they were cleaning up n in spots, but there was still food all over the floor. We were going to order a medium and he/she rang it up, but my husband saw that a large was $1 more so changed it. They could have bothered to tell us that. Couldn't understand the person because they kept putting their hands on their head and looking down like they were exasperated. No thank you. No receipt. The food was okay enough, but there's no way we'll EVER come back.
pizza was decent, but nowhere near worth the money. customer service was awful, the older woman at the cash register was an absolute pain to talk to. my order total came out to 19.06, which is absurd for a 12 inch pizza. extremely overpriced, bad customer service, and mediocre food. i could have gone to little caesar’s and gotten 2 large pizzas with the same toppings for less than what i got this garbage for.

Ordered a calzone ar 6:31 and it passed 7:20 says 25 minutes and I had to wait 45 minutes. Their excuse ran out of dough. There were others who got their order as soon as they walled in. This place has always been a disappointment. My husband made the order I haven't eaten here in three years because of the service abs buffet. I had to wait in my vehicle 30 minutes while he was inside ridiculous

Terrible, low-quality pizza. If your idea of pizza is eating a dried-out, hard cracker, as your pizza crust, and barely an onion-thin layer of hardly any toppings that are also low-quality grade, then hey, this is your place!
I find the lowest grade of supermarket pizza to be even better than Mazzio's.
