So pissed, was supposed to get the potato and they said they didn’t have it, later a older man steps in demanding the spud and she looks and low and behold they have it. Had to get the sandwich, it’s ok it’s good. Customer service however at this location was pretty bad, doesn’t make sense because the place was empty, Barron, just not hardly a soul in there. Idc who wants to work or not, you’re there might as well do it right. (Again not many people were even in there but I see why now) my first time going btw.

I walked in and asked the lady if I should just sit anywhere since I was dining in. She said, “Yes, please do.” I sat down and waited 15 minutes before a server finally told me that I needed to order up front and they would bring the food to my table. So I wasted 15 minutes of my lunch because of that.
I ordered and sat back down. The food was great—I had a French dip sandwich with mac and cheese. However, during the entire 30 minutes I was there, no one asked to refill my drink. I had to go up and get it myself.
To sum it up, if you want to eat here, just order to go. The service is terrible.

So this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McAlisters . There were 4 girls and one man working behind the counter last night . No welcome to McAlisters it was like know one wanted to take an order . Finally one of the girls just gave me a look like they do so I walked on up to her placed my husbands and my order total of 33.07 for to go . As we stood there waiting a young lady walked up to the girl I assume placing her own self in order that work there rang it up did her own change, looked up and walked off. A Mother had gone up there to get something , and her daughter was standing there with the chocolate chip cookie in her hand with cash and at this point there are 4 girls just standing no one would wait on her finally someone did . I looked at my husband and said I think we should get the Ultimate nachos for later tonight and he agreed and said in a sweet tea with lemon for now so I woke up wait place another to go order for 13.71 and walk back to wait finally getting my order I check the first one but not the nachos . Since when do you make the ultimate nachos with all the stuff on the chips for a to go order by the time we got home and I opened the box I could not believe everything was soggy not to mention not. Everyone wants black olives, and jalapeños they used to not come premade and soggy they used to be to where when you got home you made them and added what you want easier than asking them to hold it . So now 46.00 dollars for 2 of us to eat and our nachos like mash . It will be a long time before I go back . .. My receipt number 20121 and 20125

Food and service are okay. Problem is that EVERY single time we order food to go, they always get something wrong. It may not be a big mess up, something as simple as putting mayonnaise on a sandwich when we requested no mayo. It's that they never fail to get something with the order wrong, to the point now that our family makes a wager on who's order will be wrong. If there was a Jersey Mike's or Jason's Deli close to this location, we would go there instead. Food is always fresh & hot, tastes good. Serving size could be a bit better. A little more attention to detail would get this location a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating.

Don’t expect great food, great service, value for your money, cheese or meat on your loaded spuds, or condiments. Also, don’t expect pride in food prep and presentation. Not worth trying Brandon Ms mcalisters ever again. And this has continued over years. This was the last time for me.
I have tried so many times over the last few years with the Brandon Ms McAlisters deli and they fail EVERY time. Missing items, 1/2 tsp of cheese on a huge potato, no condiments, attitude from front counter employees. I’m done.

I ordered a veggie potato spud for car side pickup. After I checked in, no one came to bring my food. Had to go in to get it. What gets me they were not busy at allThe toppings on the spud were scarce. Didn’t even see the cheese sauce, broccoli was raw. Very disappointed. My last time.

Yall really disappointed me tonight. i ordered French dip sandwich, but didn't give me any au jus, I had a salad as a side, specified ranch dressing but didn't get any dressing either. I usually get off work so late you're closed but tonight I was really happy to be able to make it by. So I'm disappointed in not receiving important parts of the meal that I ordered and paid for. I could have spent half of what I did at whataburger or Chipotle. But I came here instead. Currently my refrigerator is out and a new one is being delivered tomorrow so I can't save any of the food.

The servers are very nice however the manager is very controlling when it comes what they can and cannot do for the “PAYING” customer, I was charged twice for extra pumps of puree for my lemonade and it seemed as though the young barely put any at all once I sat down I asked if I could have just a little more I could hear her (the manager) from where I was sitting asking the young lady if she put some extra in the cup and told her I wasn’t able to get anymore from point they completely ignored my request I have also saw the way she handled other encounters very UNPROFESSIONALLY you lead by example just by observation I hope her behavior does not have an effect upon the entire staff (Your local Customer)
