Very disappointed with my recent visit. My order was incorrect, and I was asked to pull up and wait, only to receive a flat Sprite and fries that were hard and tasteless. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism and empathy from the employees, who were laughing and joking around instead of providing good customer service. This experience showed no regard for quality or customer care.

Today is MARCH 20th of 2025 around 10:06pm!! ( Just in case you need to figure out exactly who was in charge and on shift this night!!) 9:16PM, Line wrapped around the building MEANWHILE the whole team standing in the lobby, talking and laughing with one another why we, the people, wait over AN HOUR TO GET OUR ORDERS EVEN TOOK! Then what makes matters WORSE FOOD WAS absolute not fresh, fries stale, sandwich dry and warm THATS IT! Horrible services, woman caught an unwarranted attitude and honestly it’s not a good look or taste for the McDonald company. I’m getting a refund! FOOD WAS ASS. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND I RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT FRESH AND PROFESSIONALISM GO TO FLOWOOD MS OR WAIT TIL EVENING SHIFT DO NOT GO AT NIGHT ! FOOD CAN GET SOMEBODY SICK!!!! Not sure what a hard orange strip comes in a quarter pounder.. Interesting.. Trashed the burger. All fries cold. Trashed. Staff ran me down coming out of restroom with cell phone in her hand. Waited 4 additional minutes to get drink cups with an inch of ice in the bottom. Terrible food. Terrible service. Basically empty store, and still waited over 10 minutes for order to come out cold.
If I could negative stars, I would. Worst $40 I have ever spent.

I think they may only take a certain amount of orders after 9 PM. I went there tonight and sat in Drive thru for 9 minutes with a car in front of me who didn't get to order, so they left and went to Whataburger. I got to the speaker and waited another 7 minutes and just left all together, and it was cars still in line behind me. This is the 3rd time that has happened. I think I will call it a loss.

McDonald’s is now charging $.25 for condiments a piece now. I was asked at drive thru if I wanted condiments and now I know why! The charge was on my receipt. I inquired about this charge and was told McDonald’s now is charging $.25 each for condiments. The number listed for this McDonakd’s in Brandon, MS, on Stribling Lane was not in working order nor the 800Tell Us about your experience number that I took a picture of posted on drive thru window. If you try and google a customer service number for McDonakd’s, you will not find one. Never going back to “Any” McDonald’s. What horrible customer service!!! Ronald McDonald would roll over in his grave to see how customers are treated!!!

Let me rewrite this review. First off, check out the photo I'm re uploading. I tried to order my 15 year old son a double quarter pounder with cheese. plain. only meat n cheese. Look at what I got lmao.
This McDonalds is the most hit or miss place I've ever been. Sometimes you get nice people, swift wait times and no mistakes. Other times, you're stuck there forever, they're out of half of everything you ask for, they're rude as can be and your food is messed up.
Whenever ive had to go inside it's always gross. There was a seasonal dessert that I was NEVER able to try the entire time it was "available" because the app always said it was unavailable every.single.time. I went there. Their ice creams/blizzards are ALWAYS unavailable and their smoothies and icees are almost always unavailable also.
Ive never had hair in my food or anything gross or anything like that. The dining area is probably gross all of the time because people go in there and trash it. 90% of their business is drive thru so I get why it isn't always the best in there. All it takes is one group to trash it during lunch.
It's just hit or miss here. If you're not after any kind of desert you'll probably be fine. Just make sure to check your bag before you drive off. Like I said..50/50 you get nice people ...the other half you get people who don't even try to smile or say thank you or anything and make you feel like they wouldnt care if you died right there and then.
McDonalds isn't cheap anymore and you best use your app, but the "deals" on there at this point are mostly useless anyway.

I have to wait forever in line almost every time I go to McDonald's. They don't get my order completely right most of the time. Breakfast food is the best part of McDonald's.

If I could give no stars I would me and my husband and 2 kids set in curbside for about 25 minutes before my husband went inside and was over looked by the workers/Manager. He finally asked about it and they asked him how does he know it is ready and it was just sitting on the counter to where he could see him name since he had walked in! He also had to make our drinks 🥤. The food was cold by the time we got to eat!! If you are going to work in a public you need to have respect!
I ordered through doordash. Half of my order was missing yet the bags were sealed properly. The food that I did get was hard and nothing much inside the burrito shells. Very disappointed
