Why is it that certain group of people want cheese on everything. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit and get cheese on it . I like cheese as much as the next person but if I didn't order it I don't want it. If McDonald's sold chicken it would be wrapped in cheese.

This is my second visit within a week and once again provided me flat Sprite, the fries were not filled up to the top. It was midway and the fries were old. Buns on quarter pounder were stale. Please avoid this location at all times they have a letter B, which is not good.

Very very busy, I wish they’d say they were out of something in a sign because I’m wasting my time getting in line only to be told it’s out of stock or whatever. Staff friendly enough I guess not really attentive, not worth asking for a correction if the order is wrong not worth it at all. I love McDonald’s but they must need more people or something.

This location may need better management. After waiting in line, the fries were cold, burgers were squished down, my coke tasted like diet, the tea tasted too old, but at least the holiday pies were hot.

Dec 03 @ 5:20pm - McDonald’s Brandon is absolutely in over their heads. The double lane drive-thru had zero movement and was wrapped around to the street. Almost 20 people inside….STANDING….waiting on orders. And they literally don’t seem to know how to process refunds. Been waiting 20 MINUTES for McNuggets. And it appears they are completely out of hustle. Manager came to the front and began blaming US (the waiting customers) saying we weren't patient enough. At this point there were some of us in line who had ordered around 4:30pm.

After ordering at 9:57pm and waiting until 10:51pm in the curbside pickup spot, I was asked by one of the employees if I could return tomorrow to pick up my order. If they had no plans of fulfilling the order while they were open, they should've gone ahead and let me know when I arrived about an hour ago.

Absolutely awful service. My wife went inside after waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru line to have our order taken. When she approached a worker, the worker asked my wife “What do you want?” Then the worker stated rudely “We can’t take your order. We’re understaffed.” My wife asked the lady if they were taking any orders and she replied saying they weren’t taking any orders at all. The McDonald is open with workers who are unable to work. Workers who are not nice to their customers. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and worst fast food service we have ever received. The owner needs to be informed of this and aware of the problem at hand.

Giving 5 stars solely because of Ms. SABRINA at the drive thru ! Her courteous customer service made such a great impression. She made the wait for my food worthwhile . My fries and apple pies came out hot and fresh tasting as promised. She was so kind and really made me feel taken care of in the drive-thru, even when my food couldn’t be given immediately. She really made my day today and I’m so appreciative! :)

Here we go with ANOTHER review of this location. It’s the closest McDonald’s to where I’m staying so I come here despite how terrible it is. I’ve previously reviewed this location. This time I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes around 11:30 am on a Sunday. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. 40 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. This is supposed to be fast food. This location constantly gets my orders wrong, more often than they get them right. They forget sauces. Might as well not even ask for them. The foods cold. And you’re gonna sit in the drive thru for 30 + minutes or you can go inside and not be helped at all. Horrible all around
Just went here again today. They forgot my sauce. Then tried to charge 27 cents for the sauce they forgot. And also forgot the cheese I added to my spicy deluxe. Wonderful.
