Went to grab lunch around 1 and sat at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me, I had a huge line behind me and when I finally got to the window they gave me Diet Coke with almost no syrup and the lady at the the window got annoyed when I asked for water instead. Then I had to pull forward to wait for my food which took another 15-20 minutes. This location has gone downhill severely within the last few months and I will no longer be buying from this location. I’ll go out of my way to Flowood instead.

This place has got me pissed have me waiting in the lobby for 20 min for a mobile order while they got folks going through the drive through the whole time. Moral of the story is if you place a mobile order don’t go inside cause they will make you wait 20 min which is outta pocket

I placed an online order for breakfast, sat in the line for 30 minutes, once I got to the window they said they had to cancel my order because it was no longer bbreakfast.i didn't even get my coffee. The manager wasn't nice. He said there is nothing he could do. Why wasn't my order already made? This is the slowest McDonald's in Flowood. I'm furious.

I do DoorDash and every time I walk in this McDonald’s it’s smells Atrocious. They must not have a bathroom cleaning person. Because today it smelt like someone took a poop in the lobby. Service isn’t that bad usually quick getting everybody out. My only issue is the restaurant always stinks

took forever, didnt give me my sauce, patty was halfway out thr bun and couldnt fix it bc it was like glued to the bun
I enjoyed my food and the employees were nice enough. The place was somewhat run down with water running from under the wall and the play place was too warm to sit in and there were quite a few bugs flying around.

Can you take a franchise away from someone? The people running this location have no idea how to operate a fast food restaurant. The drive thru people delete orders to make their times look good, then have no idea what people have ordered. They get trucks delivered during peak times and all but shut down to receive the delivery.

Waited over 20 minutes for food totally unacceptable. I will be calling corporate about this manager took off and left and service went to crap. totally unacceptable, management should be fired and corporate should come in and see how this place is run. Unbelievable 20 minutes for a couple of hamburgers and some chicken nuggets, it just proves management needs to be replaced.
