Here’s the deal. I work in the service industry and leaving customers at the drive thru without greeting them or at least telling them you know they are just sitting is so unprofessional. Also why in heck do we paying people always have to ask for our condiments and napkins as if common sense isn’t so dang common. McDonalds will be the next KFC.

Worse McDonald I have ever been at. Bunch of teenagers working there, playing around and taking forever to give you a simple order. There are many other places that hire teenagers, but management is way better.

I ordered pick up through the app. I got a notification that my order was ready for pick up. I walked in…….no order was ready to pick up. 15 minutes later, I receive my order. At this location, it doesn’t matter how you order (online, in line, drive thru) it will take forever to get your order. When you finally get your order, it will not be complete. They are always out of something. This time it was bbq sauce and hot mustard sauce. I got my drinks….no lids or straws were available, I had to ask for them.

We went today, Monday, June 30th, around 1:30 p.m. First, they didn't have air conditioning. Second, everything was very dirty, tables, floors, and glass. Third, you could only use the machine to order food. The only two machines were busy. When I asked the girl to order at the counter, she told me I had to use the machine. The food was horrible. I'll never go back.

Waited ten minutes for someone to take my drive thru order with no cars in front of me. Got around to the window and the cashier was gone and took another seven minutes for her to take my money. I ordered fish sandwich meal and drove off with the two hamburger meal. Obviously the manager on duty was not following through with the employees to ensure prompt customer service with attention to the order being handed out. The cashier did not apologize for the wait and the employee at the hand out window did not say thank you. Just handed me the order out the window and turned around and closed the window.

This was on spillway and these people pride themselves on not being Jackson.. The service was so nasty I literally wait in line for 30 minutes. No exaggeration I stayed in one spot for 15. A lot of these McDonald's workers they're young and they can't read You can only have two things on the sandwich and they still don't get it right. Even after waiting over 30 minutes from my order it was wrong and when I told him I got stared at no hello no thank you no nothing. And then I had to get their attention by letting them know how I felt about how I was treated Management was right there ignorant during headlights. I realize that this is overall Jackson problem people are extremely ignorant here and that goes for Madison Ridgeland same mentality they don't like to be compared to But you are Jackson live it love it and you act just as bad when it comes to service.

Food was average at best. Ice cream machine was malfunctioning so we had to take milkshakes instead. Service was very slow.

This place has ALL THE DOORS ON THE RIGHT SIDE of the bld locked during open business hours. (6:30 pm). Went thru traffic parked on right side (where 3 doors are located) and walked up to store and all 3 were locked with trash cans in front, so would have had to walk all the way around to the other side of the store with cars driving in parking lot, in drive thru etc which would be dangerous. But most importantly, I’m not entering an establishment that is a MAJOR SAFETY RISK. Having all doors on one side of a store locked is a FIRE HAZARD. If a fire started and there was only one side as a way out, pretty dangerous putting employees and customers at risk like that.
