Believe what you read on these reviews. The service is terribly slow, it’s not clean, and the good isn’t up to par. Don’t rely on the brand name, this ain’t the moes you know and love.

We will never be back! We visited Saturday, 6/14 around 8:30pm. I was so excited to take my children, because when you walk in they usually say “welcome to moe’s!” However, this was not our experience. We walked in and they said NOTHING. We weren’t greeted at all. Both of the employees walked to the back, and then the young man came back, continued to make the burrito, and ignored us. We waited for a few minutes, and there wasn’t a single word said to us for the entire time we were there. Very embarassing for this location. Parking lot was completely empty, business completely empty, and I am 100% certain that’s the reason. We ended up taking our kids to the Madison location and loved it!

This was our first time going to the Brandon location. They guy at the window on June 17th around 7:30 was extremely nice and helpful by telling us the exact things we could put in our burito and quesidillia. They give u alot of food. The only issue was the meat wasn't hot or beans. I was very understanding because with all of the tomatoes and diff things that were suppose to be cold, it prob covered that up. They give u alot of chips and the queso was greatt!! We will def be back

Moe's Southwest Grill's food is straight-up garbage, regardless of the location. I've been to two locations, and both served subpar food. Looking at reviews, it seems like the same story across different locations.

If you're looking for a nice dining experience, keep looking. Moe's isn't it. Unless you enjoy garbage, then go for it. But don't say I didn't warn you.

To high for what you get ! I went there when they first opened and I was satisfied....went there today for a second time paid $40.00 for me my daughter and 1 and half year old grandbaby and it was $40 and something dollar's and didn't get that as far as food i didn't get $40 worth....maybe and I say MAYBE $20 worth....I won't be back it was good jus not 40.00 worth of food

While I love Moe's, I'm very disappointed. I paid over $17 for a bowl that had absolutely no meat plus several other ingredients missing. I'm assuming everyone that's hired can read order tickets. So, I'm assuming they just don't care what they fix for their customers. This isn't my first bad experience with them but this one put the cherry on top. Do better!

Have ate this place multiple times and this was by far the worst time. We ordered carry out, my husband got the home wrecker bowl and when we got it home and started eating it had no meat! The chips were also extremely hard. I tried to contact the establishment multiple time on to be kept on hold for several minutes before just giving up.

The food here taste great. But I believe the employees are instructed to specifically give tiny portion sizes when it comes to proteins. Everytime I come here they give half to 3/4ths a spoonful of protein and I've noticed management watching the employees very specifically when they're getting the protein for the burrito. If I'm paying $15.49 for a burrito and drink (compared to their competitor chipotle's $13.34) I shouldn't be getting less food than the $13.34 let alone significantly less. Honestly, I wish I could come here more because I prefer Moe's seasoning, but every time I regret it because of the tiny portions.

Ordered a nacho with ground beef, black beans and queso (everything else on the side. Tasted it and all I could taste was cumin. Went back and ordered a cup of queso that was half full... To make it taste better... No luck.

Out of all times I’ve gone, the service was terrible from the moment I entered today. No welcome in, nothing. The short girl with burgundy hair was disrespectful & rude. When correcting her while making my order & upcharging for something I did not get, the attitude got worse. I would much rather go across the street to Chipotle where my service is wanted & respected. Luckily the food was good!
