As a hardcore crawfish lover (I will sit down and have a 7-10 lbs. serving) I’m incredibly impressed with the crawfish here ! The flavor is amazing, they are cooked great to where the meat comes out easy and the service is excellent- I’ve tried many other places and realized that this place is above the rest (in my opinion of course)

This is usually my fav place to eat but we went Thursday and the Crawfish were so dirty. We waited 30 mins on our food only for it to be cold. Also the crab legs were extremely salty

Crawfish were really well seasoned and highly recommend getting mushrooms with it and skipping the sausage. Crab legs were great as well but expect to wait a bit for them as they seem to be freshly cooked to order compared to the crawfish. Service was fantastic and everyone was super friendly.

Nice place and good service. The crawfish were too salty for my preference. I tried them on 2 separate occasions in case the first time was a one off. They were spiced nicely and the meat come right out of the shell. Still, not my preferred saltines.

We ate there 3 times in the last two weeks. The best crawfish we ever had. They were huge and perfectly seasoned.
My girlfriend and I are patrons of both mudbugs locations, located in Brandon and flowood on a weekend basis. I have never had such excellent service as we had. The service in which I had this afternoon at the flowood location on old Fannin.
We typically get the same thing no matter the location, 10# crawfish a few sides and some adult beverages. Well the girlfriend decided to add crab legs. Well me coming seafood myself I understand the process throughly.
Her crab legs were a whole ass fight to get meat out of (she could literally only get whole chunks from the knuckles). I saw a gentleman (Paul) and told him what was happening with the legs not thinking much of it as they was busy. Well a few mins later he said give me a few they are making some fresh ones.
After a little bit he brought her out three clusters, that was far better than the previous legs and actually edible. Paul ( brother in law) come to find out this is superior customer service and I truly appreciate it.
Lastly I had inquired about pours per pitcher, because the Brandon establishment apparently pours more per pitcher versus flowood. Once again thinking nothing of it. I went to wash my hands and clean up, and Paul the brother in law gave me another beer to make up the difference.
