Woman at front counter has the absolute WORST attitude and the steak in my steak fried rice was almost raw the last time I went, it was very pink in the middle, was barely even browned on the outside. I have been there on several occasions, I tried to give them more than 1 chance, but they never improve, just get worse.

I was trying to pick up a door dash and the lady told me to get at the back of the line. The order was sitting on the table beside the register, clear as day. I didn't appreciate this because I'm working, and it effects my ratings when I have to wait for an order THATS ALREADY DONE.

Wasn't impressed with this place. First, they got my mother's order incorrect, and then we had to wait for them to remake the order. We ordered a drink from the fountain machine, and when I said the drink tasted all the same and they were horrible tasted. Almost they are not cleaning the fountain drink every day like they should. Had to go next store to the dollar tree and get a starry . I won't be returning to this establishment any time soon.

I called in a phone order. I ordered steak and shrimp fried rice & Sakura roll. Typically I go in and my food would be ready. I paid once I made it. I was told 15 minutes on the phone. I pull up and have to wait for my order, no big deal. Several people (different race) were coming in, placing their orders & received them back quickly. A group of 5 boys of a different race than I as well, came in all 5 ordering hibachi and 2 ordering sushi. Every single person received their sushi and hibachi before me. When asked why I am getting my food after everyone else, she stated they are busy and i must’ve didn’t order. I expressed that my order was place online over 30 minutes ago. After waiting another 10 mins, my food is suddenly ready. I ask for sauce, like everyone else, but I was told it would be 1.10 for a sauce that goes with my sushi. When it was free to the OTHERS!

The lady looks really serious but once u get to know her, shes cool. The food is delish an I love their pink sauce!! Small place to have a quick lunch or small dinner. I like it when my daughter an I are near we will go in an sit an eat. All in all nice place to eat at.
