Ordered online, waited 30 min after the pizza was supposed ti be ready. After several tines of going inside to check on food I finally got the order. The pizza was cold when I received it... I am guessing that they had made the pizza and set it elsewhere instead of putting it where it needs to go and letting someone know that their food is ready i will not go back.

Ordered pizza to feed several people waited long for pizza called and they said it should be there soon they are short on delivery drivers and basically stack the ones they have up with several orders and I’ll get mine soon then driver calls a few minutes later saying she accidentally gave my order to someone else and offered me their order😡 Seriously yall then asked me what I wanted to do and I said obviously I want my order and I want it now this is ridiculous

My family and I frequently order from this location. The manager is great, staff have been great each time I go inside, and the food has been great each time. My 1 star review is from the service I have received from the new delivery driver in the white Kia. He's extremely rude and I will not order from there again. Again, everything else is great, but after this second time of rude service, it's a no from me.

Wheelchair accessibility: 6"curb is most difficult obstacle by far . Lots of parking by front door c. 30 yds off of old hwy 80; only 20 ft from parking to front door to counter! Gavin and Keaton were as friendly as any persons I could want to have helped me --w/ door and carry pizza to car for me; open; friendly, willing to chat, or joke around or just chill if that be the preferred What more could you want. So I waited inside well air conditioning , clean place on different chairs avail. Thanks yall and thanks for the coin collection tips WoW

Crust is awful. It’s extremely dense instead of light and crispy. Either the dough isn’t fresh or they’re overworking the dough which creates too much gluten. Workers should be trained by someone old who has good experience in working with dough correctly.
There’s no yeasty taste to dough and no flavor whatsoever from sauce, cheese, or pepperoni which indicates ingredients aren’t fresh.
5+ years ago Papa Johns and Pizza Hut had the best pizzas. They’re awful now due to company cost cutting self-sabotage, old or frozen ingredients, and employees who don’t care to perform their jobs properly.
I ordered 2 pizzas, Philly steak and Pepperoni with original crust and they both were amazing! Literally the BEST pizza I have had in a very long time!! So good that we ordered again on Sunday and had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was also amazing!!
