This was crap i have never got pizza this bad from any pizza hut in my whole life. The crust was nonexistant in some spots and the service was some of the worst i have ever recieved. We are feom out of town and would never get this where we from. Very sad fire the whole night crew

I was wondering why my order took longer. I got there's only one employee. I asked where were your coworkers, he responded no one pay check cleared. That is not ok at all!!

If you place an online and pay online for pickup please make sure you get a receipt once you get your food. Yesterday I purchased the 9.99 deal and didn’t include a tip since I was picking it up. My total was $10.89. Today I get an alert that my charge was updated $2 more; which is what happens when you tip. Obviously someone forged my name on the receipt and added $2 for a tip.The manager lied like it wasnt on their end. I will be contacting corporate and NEVER doing business at the Spillway location ever again.

I usually never have a bad experience at this Pizza Hut but tonight was a different story. There was an african American young lady who took over five minutes to realize we were even standing at the front waiting for service. I had placed my order online for pickup so it would be fresh upon arrival. I arrived exactly when it said my food would be ready (which I have done plenty of times in the past and it was ready exactly then) she went to the back I guess to check the order and when she went back there I heard her yell “oh s***” as if she wasn’t on top of things. Mind you the store is empty and it’s only me and one other person waiting in our orders. When she finally gave me my pizza the box was not hot and after further inspection I could tell my pizza had been sitting out. Be try disappointed with this experience tonight.

Can’t contact the restaurant, it’s automated only and when you try to speak to an actual person it hangs up on you.
So no- I don’t recommend this place.

Spent over $100 on wings and pizza. The cheese pizza I ordered for the kids was burnt and not edible. It was awful. They should not have served it to anyone.

Although I never received my pizza the evening before, Greg (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to make things right. He listened to my complaint and provided a solution with no excuses. I will continue to order from this establishment multiple times throughout the week all because of Greg's character and quality assurance. You rock, Greg!!

This is absolutely the worse Pizza Hut ever!!! We placed an order online. When we went to pick it up, they said they cancelled all the orders and they are closed. It’s 8:30 on a Saturday night!!!! We went to papa John’s. Don’t ever go to this location!!! It’s awful!!!!
