Spent over $100 on wings and pizza. The cheese pizza I ordered for the kids was burnt and not edible. It was awful. They should not have served it to anyone.

The food was terrible not only were my wings pink on the inside, but the pizza looked like it had been made from other pizzas. The service wasn't much better, the server looked annoyed when I told them I wanted the wings. The ambiance was maybe the best thing there? But that's not saying much. The kitchen seemed dead and I didn't see workers washing their hands after handling food.

This is the worse Pizza Hut ever!!! We ordered a pizza online. When we arrived to pick it up they said they cancelled all orders and they are closed. It's 8:30 on a Saturday night!!! We have had nothing but bad experiences here. They need to shut this location down, it's awful!!!

Don't know who these people are giving bad reviews to this place but I eat here 2-3x a month on average! Won't eat any other fast food pizza. I order extra sauce on mine so it's never not even once not had enough. Of course they are going to get your order wrong! Don't order expecting

Ordered 90 worth of pizza just to get updates in the app about it being "put in the oven" with an estimated delivery time ..only for it to stop updating and NOT SHOW UP! It's seems it always an issue with Pizza Hut! Their customer service is trash! No one answers the phone. How can you take someone's money and be okay with not fulfilling your obligations?!? Sick of this terrible company!

The Pizza Hut on Spillway road in Brandon has some great young men with great customer service. They made one error an made it right an still had a great attitude about it an they apologized for it. I'm definitely coming back since we moved to this area I was very very happy an thankful.

Every single time I order from here which, I did last night. The pizza is always dry, not much sauce, half burnt, and the cheese doesn’t even cover the whole pizza. My cheese sticks were even dried out. I’m tired of wasting my money!! I tried calling to express my concerns and no answer so I just finally gave up!! Come to work to work and stop playing around because I don’t even have a penny to waste!!!
The large pizza is now the size of a medium. The pan crust is the same as the hand tossed. Very little toppings put on my Pepperoni Lovers pizza. Should be called a pepperoni haters pizza by the amount they put on it. Pizza hut is really cheating people out of what they pay for.

I ordered on the app and added this place by mistake. What a pleasant surprise!!! In and out in under two minutes!!! Customer service was awesome! Everything was still hot when I got home!
