Disappointed with the Night Shift Experience
I strongly advise against visiting this location, especially during the night shift. I attempted to call several times beforehand with no answer. When I arrived to place an in-store order, I found the employees sitting in the lobby, eating and chatting as if their shift had already ended.
Eventually, one came to the counter while the others casually walked back to the kitchen. As I began placing my order, the only response I got was, “We ain’t got it.” That kind of attitude and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a national brand like Pizza Hut.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning and if you’re looking for decent service, you’re better off going somewhere else.

Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust and two orders of wings. Drove 20 miles to pick it up and 20 miles to get home, only to find out that there was no sauce on the pizza. The wings were fine. I called and was told that the only way they could do anything was to drive back. That's the only option so now I'm pissed that I threw away $20. I will NEVER order from here again!!!!

Pizza Hut should not need have door dash in there system pick up order they gave it someone every time when there cash on delivery they do this really think manger needs to be inform quit doing that to people and watch more closely and more better this happen several times Samuel emmons

They give the orders to door dash without telling you. Then when door dash can’t find the address they tell you there is nothing they can do because door dash delivered the food. None of the door dash people know the area at all.

Ordered pizza that tasted to hard it had to have been cooked HOURS before I ordered it! Had to throw it away. And I am not the one to plain easily but just ridiculous. My order was ready for pick up 4 minutes after placing it! I didn’t know pizzas were made in 3 minutes.

Ordered a big dinner box and my pizza was wrong and the breadsticks didn’t have any dipping sauce
Was a great busted everything on time. I had the pleasure of being handed the delivery order by an employee named Brittney with this amazing energy. Most fast food places don’t always have that type of character in them, Brittney won me over, you got my bet. 😎

Last I ordered a hut box they took my order they told me it’s gonna be 15 minutes, but I was there more than 15 minutes in the cashier kept apologizing for my order being delayed, so I waited a little bit more then I proceeded to ask for a refund and they act like they couldn’t give me no refund so the person that was making the orders she looked like she was on drugs so did the manager so finally I got my order and I left. I was so upset. Pizza Hut corporation needs to do better by their employees

The customer service rep acted like she was at home, high on drugs or something! She kept just holding the phone. I kept having to say hello?? Did you hear me?? She would say no, so I kept having to repeat myself. Her cell phone kept ringing in the background. Then when she realized what she told me to do didn't work, she put me on hold for 20 mins and never came back to the phone!!! The worst and CRAZIEST service I've ever experienced. I loved pizza hut and now i don't ever want to order from there again! Very disappointing.
