The customer service rep acted like she was at home, high on drugs or something! She kept just holding the phone. I kept having to say hello?? Did you hear me?? She would say no, so I kept having to repeat myself. Her cell phone kept ringing in the background. Then when she realized what she told me to do didn't work, she put me on hold for 20 mins and never came back to the phone!!! The worst and CRAZIEST service I've ever experienced. I loved pizza hut and now i don't ever want to order from there again! Very disappointing.

Best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had. The staff were helpful as well. The pizza was amazing and we have a lot of Huts in Okla. so we’ve tried a lot. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for pizza.
Some time after 7pm June 9th we visited this location surprisingly we chose not to eat here after observing none of the restaurants employees were use gloves to prepare any of the food. I asked for the restaurant manager as she was pointed out to me, I Feel. And I could be wrong- she walks into a possible cooler area after hearing me asking to speak with a manager. A discarded pizza ? box set not far from counter as if no one cared.

He knows how to treat a customer… From insuring there was extra cheese on my daughter’s pizza by asking the cook, all the way to reminding me to check my food before pulling off. Thanks Jimmy !!! It’s workers like yourself that keeps me coming back !!! Give him a raise !!!
