Decided to try this place out and the food is exactly what's expected. However, they got my husbands order all wrong. Beverage was not right, and he asked for rice but got vermicelli noodles instead. We are not the kind that complains on stuff and have it remade or returned, he still drank the Beverage, but he doesnt eat the noodles, so i ate it so not to waste. Other than that, the lady was very sweet.

First visit 3-1-24. It was excellent. The Pho bowl was huge and $15. The sweet waitress suggested the brisket Pho. It was some of the best brisket I ever had. We also ordered the spring rolls for an appetizer. They were fresh and hot. The Thai bubble tea was amazing. The server was so attentive and kind. We will definitely be back.

This is the best pho restaurant in town. A very Authentic and great service, other than the pho, the short rib appetizer is so good! Unlike other pho restaurants, this place is very clean,We enjoyed very much.

Y'all, the food is terrific! The place is kinda hard to find - it's behind the row of shops facing Old Fannin. Don't be put off by the "decor" and lack of ambiance. I had lunch of spring rolls with a delicious dipping sauce, and a "small" (it was huge) bowl of pho with brisket, accompanied by mushrooms, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper slices. All of this was excellent. The service was good but the place was pretty empty at around 11:30 on Wednesday. The servings were large for lunch, but I couldn't stop eating. I highly recommend Retro Vietnam.
