I’m giving them 4 out of 5 stars because I’ve usually had great experiences here. However, today my order didn’t come out quite right. I asked for a pumpkin spice coffee with oat milk, half sweet—but as you can see from the photo, it definitely wasn’t half sweet! I realized the cup didn’t have “half sweet” marked after I had already crossed the Spillway, so turning around wasn’t an option.
This was a medium coffee with a tip—almost $10—for something way too sweet. I actually had to brew some coffee and mix it in just to make it drinkable! I still really like this coffee shop and plan to return, but it might help if baristas confirmed or read back the order before handing it over. That small step could make a big difference in keeping the service as great as it usually is.

YES!!!! We moved from TX to MS and was missing our favorite small town coffee house frappe. I looked up Rollin Bean and there was the option to send a text. I thought id send a msg requesting if they could make our favorite frappe. After texting back and forth, not only were they willing to try and make it but they NAILED IT! They now have two more regular customers. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!

The barista who took my order was excellent. It was early in the morning and she was so cheery! Their muffins are great and their drinks are great if you like drinks on the sweeter side. I would highly recommend going here even if it’s just for the high quality service!

Just got a simple black medium roast and it was really excellent!! Rich in flavor, not burnt. They obviously really care about the craft. Highly recommended.
I drive 30 minutes out of my to this shop because of their coffee. The prices are good and customer service is even better!

I just want to say these ladies are amazing! I drive 15 mins out of my way for their coffee! This morning I was asked if I was ready for the holidays and I said yes mam we are having a baby on Monday! And let me tell you she made my day, she asked to pray over our sweet baby girl and let me just say that made my whole day!! 🩷 we need more people like this in the world!!
