I’ve been waiting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes now and NO ONE has even spoken to me. Not even so much as glanced my way. I usually don’t have a problem, but the two girls you have here tonight are terrible. Please do better.

Got there 10min before closing they had the doors locked and didn’t even acknowledge me. Change the hours or find employees who want to work their schedule.

Ordered a smoothie and a smoothie bowl, for my wife, through the app.. Both were excellent. The service was good. The only thing that worried me was no one acknowledge me, I had to ask the young lady if she got my order through the app. She was shy but very nice.

I waited 30 plus minutes in the drive through. Got out of line to go inside to order only to find out there was one worker. If you don't have the staff to be open, close the location. Absolutely ridiculous.

I drove up to menu board and there's no menu it looks as if it was hit or someone damaged the board..I ordered a spinach pineapple smoothie that was 11 dollars and some change for it to taste like pure sugar..I couldn't even drink it because of it being so sweet..I will never come back to this place if they keep serving this mess

It’s like pulling teeth just to get your order taken here. If you pull up to the speaker expect to be ignored for at least five minutes. Once your past that the drive through still takes about 15-30m with no one in line. Doesn’t even have a menu in the drive through either.

Very slow service. Had 4 workers in lobby and no customers in lobby and only 1 car ahead and took 20 minutes to get our smoothie. When we pulled up to the window we saw one of the workers make his own smoothie and have a drink of it before even starting ours…

Brandon location has really gone down hill went there yesterday at 3 to get a smoothie waited 15 minutes in line behind one car that got one smoothie got there and was asked my order 5 times and then waited 10 minutes watched children stand around on their phones making themselves smoothies it was ridiculous not mention how disgusting it looked in there . Ended up driving off without my order didn’t even wanna risk getting sick after seeing that .

The worst smoothie king I’ve ever been too. Consistently gets orders wrong, blends terribly and tastes terribly almost every time. Everyone up there has an attitude and needs to tone it down about 5 notches. Save your money & go to the flowood location. TRUST ME.

Drive up to the speakers of the drive through, nothing for a solid 5 minutes so I drive around to the window and i could see someone standing there on their phone. They continued to ignore me so I parked and went in. This guy was leaning against the counter, still on his phone, and still ignored me for an uncomfortable amount of time before he decided to take my order and then acted like I was an inconvenience to him…. Will not be returning to this location.

This is one of the slowest Smoothie king ever. Something always seems to be wrong. The speaker at the drive trough always seems to be out or nobody answers after 3 minutes waiting with no sign. The card machine is wacky from time to time. This one is so close and I come here often but I'm tempted to go to the one in flowood for now on. Please get it together.

I understand staffing is really hard, but this location should properly figure out how to be taken off the Smoothie King app. I ordered online because my daughter and I were in a hurry. But when we got there we could not go inside to pick up. The door was locked and the drive thru line was too long. The phones were not working so now I have to dispute the charge due to not being able to get my order. Do not order online unless you have time to wait in line still.

The past few times I have gone I feel it gets worse every time. First they don’t accept cash, first time I didn’t know that until I got to the window to pay because the sign is in paper taped to the ordering menu and it had rained. They are still not accepting cash months later. Next time, the speaker doesn’t work and still doesn’t so you have to order at the window. Next, I did a mobile or one day and go to pick it up but it’s not purple it’s brown…they were out of blueberries. Today I did a mobile or when I was 10 min out. Waited behind an another car for 5-10 min at the window, for them to tell me they didn’t have an order for me. I showed my receipt on my app and they made it. Then, scrambled looking for lids but couldn’t find so had to give me a bigger cup. The employees are awesome but seems to be pore management and or owner ship.

Very unhappy with my service at the Brandon location.One I didn’t know they moved the speaker so I got lecturedThen I had my app pulled up to pay was told the scanner is broke and the gentleman snatched my card out of my hand . I’m a little nervous to drink my smoothie now that he’s making itI’ll never return to this location again
