I placed an order through the app and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to not be able to find my order even though it showed that I was at the right location and my order had went through. Despite that Terry who was working the window was extremely nice and made sure we got our order. Major shout out to him because they obviously had a big rush going on and were very busy. He could have been upset/rude/not filled our order but instead he was very kind and made it right for us. Instead of feeling like we never want to come back to this location because of the long wait and our order being messed up we definitely will be coming back.

The service and food here is reliably great. And the lobby is clean and welcoming. 5 stars. The one thing I will say is that the breakfast offerings are often WAY to salty. Probably just a cook over seasoning the eggs or whatever. I'd encourage management to look into that. Other than that, this place is great!

I can't even being to explain all of the reasons that I will go out of my way to go to literally any other sonic. I even had an employee hit my car with her car door and not say a word. My food is frequently wrong. Anyway, go to the Grants Ferry sonic. They're awesome.
