The SONIC on Spillway has improved TREMENDOUSLY with NEW General Manager*Mesha* AGM*Tonika*Cashiers*Stasha &Tisha*Cook*Pam*IT'S BEEN A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. The food is ALWAYS FRESH, they're Polite and Greet you with a smile.The New General Manager *Mesha* went above and beyond (even when she didn't have to) on customizing my order. I very much appreciate her for doing so.SONIC HAS STRUCK GOLD WITH THIS NEW MANAGEMENT CHANGE ?I asked for ALL of their names since they're ALWAYS there whenever I stop by and THEIR SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE.

Somehow I think i'm a magnet for unsavory restaurants, Alright, so yesterday I walked in and order the number one sonic Burger. I asked for a doctor pepper and french fries. When I received my bag of food? I had to go back and request my beverage. Not really a thing to talk about but it was missed. Once I sat down in the seating area, I open my bag up and my fries were Twitter slightly warm. But mostly Limp, not crispy, just slightly sobbed out like it's sweated. It's temperature from the inside out and now it just can't be right. Let's just say the french fries were old and then they should have thrown it away, So I went to the counter. Let them know that the fries are not edible and I wanted some more. I asked for fresh french fries with no salt that way I know their fresh. I never did get the french fries. I was the only one in the restaurant. But I will give a positive note to the décor of the restaurant. It did show that they've had a recent renovation enhance off to him. It really looks good. And just for curiosity does anybody know How the bacon burger with peanut butter Tastes. In my opinion , they should have just put some bananas on there and called it the elvis burger.

I ordered food via DoorDash and this place couldn't even bother to read my order. $18 for a combo and I get a burger I cannot eat. I'm allergic to onions and I'm lactose intolerant. I only ever have pickles and tomato on my burger. NO cheese, NO onion and NO lettuce. Exactly what my order states. Twice now they've done this. I will get food elsewhere unless I'm in town. Then I'll go to the Grants Ferry location, at least they get my order right. Smh...

I pushed the button and waited, and then someone said "hold on" and turned the button off. So I waited again and eventually pushed the button again, and the same thing happened, so I drove away.This place needs some major maintenance. Some of the screens don't work, some of the card readers don't work, and apparently some of the employees don't work. This used to be a good location, but it really sucks these days.

Just got 2 Medium Sonic Blasts, and both cups were only halfway filled up, the mixed in ingredients were just put on top. When I put the spoon in one it, there turned out to be even less ice cream and just empty cup. This is a rip off!

I never leave bad reviews, simply because I work in the food business and I know how things can be but one star is too much. I placed an online order around 10:00, an hour before they closed. I arrived around 10:20 to pick the order up. I sat at the intercom for 7 minutes before I was greeted with “sorry we are closed we closed early tonight ” I explained to the lady that I placed an online order and If they were closed early that I needed to get my money back because I spent $40. A young lady came out side and told me that in order to get my money back I would need to go on the sonic app and wait 4 days for my refund, or I could call flowood sonic and have them make it. WORST mistake of my life they informed me that I could get a refund instantly and that they would not make my food. It took an hour and a half after two managers argued on MY cellphone to just get a refund like I needed the first time. There was one lady that did help me and refund my money but that was after she argued with another store instead of just giving me a refund in the first place. 0/10 highly do not recommend. The flowood store manager actually told me his name was Noah and he or his manager Lisa would make my food and we could figure it out . I will never again eat sonic.

The food at Spillway Sonic has been slowly going downhill. The 4 burgers I picked up for dinner tasted like they were leftover from lunch. I've always ordered diet cherry limeades and enjoyed them down to the cherry! Now there's not even a cherry or a slice of lime Very sad!I will have to give the Grants Ferry Sonic a try and hope for better food and drinks
