Normally, I never have no issues with Starbucks but today they were very rude and they’re always inconsistent. I ordered my coffee through delivery which was an ice pumpkin spice latte but it wouldn’t let me add extra ice. I caught up there for extra ice and the lady was very rude and hung up in my face. when my coffee arrived, it didn’t have extra ice and it tasted completely weird and off and every time I order from this location, it taste different every time mind you they only have this seasonal drink once a year. I also ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and ask for a Sriracha packet. The sandwich was cold and no Sriracha packet was given to me this is so ridiculous Starbucks do better.

We just got out of church and wanted a cold drink so we decided on Starbucks, took forever (45mins) just to get 2 frappes and the customer service was very rude….Ill never go back ever👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ask for Ristretto shot to be added to my deink. I was looked at strangely and had to repeat.. I was told ok but... After I received my drink. I was clearly not added..uhhh

Used to love Starbucks. After 7 brew and Mocha Mugs, their coffee tastes weak.
After all the times i’ve came here and got a refresher it has never been anything wrong with it but today i came through the drive through and ordered the same thing i always get and once i tasted it it tasted just like water so then i asked could they remake it the guy at the window said yes pull around and we will bring it out to you so then a black girl brought it back out and she had a bow in her hair and she also had a very nasty attitude. 0/10 do not recommend if you don’t wanna work why come!

No toilet paper or soap, doors are dirty, workers were sharing an espresso shot when I walked in, and my drink was made incorrectly.

I am upset because I don’t understand why this location only refuses to fill your tea to the top if you ask for no ice or will not give customers a free ice water unless you make a purchase! Byram or Flowood doesn’t have this stupid rule nor do other out of State locations. It’s a darn shame, I purchased daily. I just will visit the other locations.
