Everytime I go here there's maybe two cars in the drive through but yet when you go inside they are making it seem like they are over worked and underpaidšŸ™„ it's hard to even get a greeting and if you do get one it will not be in the first 5-8 minutes to get one. I just left went to the drive through I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped um SIR I don't want anything anymore I sent your business for 10 minutes without even anyone responding but now you want to take my order the manager then comes on and says you can come in and talk to me right now and we'll fix the problem it's 30° outside I was just in there and now you want me to come back inside where were you to begin with it seems like there's always the problem at the Starbucks and even if you do get greeted they most definitely don't come off as pleasant and they don't seem happy to be here which puts a negativity on my day if you don't like your job or you can't do it find other employment

Only drive thru was open and it seems as though they are doing this more often at this location. Order ahead wasn't available either and seems as though this is happening more often as well at this location.

I tried to order on the app, but got a message stating this option was not available. Must be busy, so drove over and walked in. No line at register, and two people waiting for food / drink. After ~5 minutes was told by a barista that they weren’t taking ā€œcafe ordersā€ and that I’d have to go through drive through. Walked out and observed 5 cars in line …? Drove to Dogwood and got a Starbucks beverage!

I tried placing an order inside but the male barista (long brown hair) told me that they were understaffed and too busy to lock the doors. He suggested I go in the drive thru to place an order. Literally the WORST customer service.

As a coffee enthusiast and frequent visitor to Starbucks, I recently had the pleasure of trying their Golden Oto, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This delightful drink is not just a beverage; it’s an experience that elevates your taste buds and brings a touch of warmth to your day.

From the moment I took my first sip, I was enchanted by the rich, velvety texture of the Golden Oto. The blend of flavors is nothing short of magical. The harmonious balance of smooth espresso, creamy steamed milk, and a hint of caramel undertones creates a symphony of taste that dances on your palate. The golden hue of the drink is visually appealing, making it feel like a luxurious treat that you can’t resist.

What sets the Golden Oto apart is its unique blend of spices that add a delightful complexity to each sip. The subtle notes of cinnamon and nutmeg provide a cozy warmth, reminiscent of a chilly autumn day. It’s the perfect drink to savor while curled up with a good book or catching up with friends.

Moreover, the presentation is simply stunning. Served in a signature Starbucks cup, the Golden Oto is topped with a delicate swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of golden sugar, making it not just a drink but a work of art. It’s the kind of beverage that deserves to be photographed and shared on social media, as it truly stands out from the usual offerings.

The staff at Starbucks was exceptionally welcoming, providing excellent service that enhanced my overall experience. They were knowledgeable about the drink and eager to share their recommendations, which made me feel valued as a customer.

In conclusion, the Golden Oto from Starbucks is a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a delightful coffee experience. Whether you’re a regular at Starbucks or a first-time visitor, this drink is sure to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. I highly recommend treating yourself to this golden gem on your next visit—it’s a sip of happiness in a cup!

These folks are really hard workers trying to serve a ton of folks with overwhelming business. Even though they were totally overwhelmed and understaffed, they were super nice, I was still helped, and the drinks were perfect. These folks deserve to be paid way more by Starbucks. Many people in the same role wouldn’t be able to handle the pressure.

It took 20 minutes to get our order. It wasnt busy at all inside or in the drive thru. The drinks were sitting in the drive through area for about 20 minutes. No one checked on us when we were just sitting in the waiting area for so long. The woman was nice who helped actually get the drinks but nothing can bring back the time we wasted waiting.

Went through the drive through and they had order ahead off in the app so we couldn’t use/receive points. Lady taking our order in drive through sounded upset every time we ordered another drink. Got to the window and asked if we could add a sandwich and the window worker snapped off saying you couldn’t add anything to the order at the window. Eyes might get stuck in the back of her head with how hard she rolls them. I’ll be finding myself at 7brew up the road from now on, much friendlier service and the people there seem happy to do their job.
