Food and drinks are fine, my issue is the staff. With a car like wrapped around the building and an inside line of customers waiting to order, each employee was, without exaggeration, shuffling around to get stuff done. Some employees glanced at our inside line but no one helped to take orders… for 12 minutes…Don’t expect good service if you come.

I met my sister for a Sunday afternoon quick visit. Our barista was friendly and helpful, kindly explaining new menu items and giving us good advice.Clean, comfortable dining room wasn't overly loud or crowded. Perfect for a laid-back visit.

Oh my goodness, it was my first time here, and I LOVED it. I was rushing because I needed Wi-Fi for work right quick, and this was the closest place. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich warmed up, and it was magical. I was able to complete my work, meet some new friends, and enjoy a new environment for work.
This Starbucks is relatively new and everything is fresh, clean and serviceable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Coffee wasBrought out in a timely manner and good. Bathrooms were spotless and clean. Plenty of parking with handicap provisions considered. All in all a pleasant if pricy trip.

Run very poorly! Employees changing trash bags etc but not working on my drink. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink. Don't go here If you want something quickly

Very poor management! Mrs. “San” so she said her name was, constantly blew and ask is that all as we placed an order in the drive thro! Because we ordered 3 coffees. I’m sorry that our order of $30.00 was an inconvenience to you. Basically throwing our food out the window, slamming the window to walk away. Confused, when she realized I hadn’t left the window because she left have our order out. Next time, running late or not I will go to a local owned coffee shop and makes sure all of my Brandon locals know that their is another coffee shop just around the corner.
