I picked up lunch today for me and my coworker ($34.00). We decided to share a loaded fry since they are so big. The amount of toppings on the fries was awesome; however, the fries were awful. They were not cooked all the way and since they were covered with toppings we couldn't put them in the oven to crisp them. They were literally limp and gross..we did not eat them!! I am disappointed about paying almost $7.00 for inedible fries....and, as long as my wait was in the drive through there was no excuse for half cooked fries!! The sandwiches were good but I did not know that when you upgrade to a large sandwich...the sandwich is the same size as the regular. I was getting a large to take half home to my daughter. My coworker and I put our sandwiches side by side and they were the same size?

Never been here before. I came in frustrated about something. And was greeted with an infectious smile by the manager, and kind disposition by her team. Shifted my whole thought process. They service was excellent and so was the food!! I will be back!!

Very delicious and fast. I ordered the large triple cheesesteak with added bourbon sauce and mayo. SO MUCH FOOD even my fat booty could only eat half. It was exceptionally delicious. Will be going back!

Dear Owner: You must not eat at your store. This place is disgusting. Sticky floors, Dirty tables. Grimy windows. The women's bathroom had a toilet overflowing and clumps of toilet paper. You might want to visit your store and make some much needed cleaning changes. I wish I had the reviews first, OMG just absolutely needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.

I never do reviews, but feel inclined to for this place. Incredibly nasty. I’m in shock that this place is open. By far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Health code violations everywhere you look. Before you order drive through, go check out where your food is coming from. ???
This particular Brandon store is completely disgusting and need to be gutted and renovated! Employees pulling and tugging on their clothing and scratching their heads while serving customers now that is completely NASTY! I think State Department of Health would say the same! Floors underneath the tables extremely filthy and the soda fountain area stinks! DO BETTER, don't just get consumers hard earned money and not upkeep your business, its a reflection of yourself and tell a lot!!!!!!

06/09/24 7PM and the lobby is closed due to its hot and the air inside isn’t working. Lie! We got an employee to let us inside to order, To-Go. Guess what it wasn’t hot at all in the lobby. But when we went to order, then we were told that they were out of broccoli ? and carrots ?. The meal is no longer healthy without its key ingredients

Terrible experience. They were not happy that I came through the drive through at 8:37. They were very rude and slow. I was the only one in the drive through but it still took 20 minutes. The coke was flat. Once I pulled around they intentionally didn’t talk to me. I asked for a combo and they said we don’t do combos. I said no problem add a coke and fries then. They didn’t like that either. Won’t be back.
