I tried to eat at subway Friday night at 8:34pm but I waited for 11 minutes at the drive-thru and then drove around to the window and the lady never even looked my way or acknowledged me then I drove straight to Pearl Walmart subway arrived at 8:48pm and they had already closed the doors and was cleaning up. What's the deal? Both restaurants are supposed to be open at that time

I will never come here again. I ordered online and they made both sandwiches wrong. How hard is it to make a sandwich when you have a list in front of your face telling you how to make it!!!

If you passing through especially at night don’t stop here: The lady was so rude i clearly asked for a combo loud as day and let’s be clear I have never been to a subway with a drive through so I was completely confused. I was looking at a half put together menu and the lady was mad cause i couldn’t understand what she was saying over the speaker, so when she started to get rude i started laughing. Then when i got to the window she started screaming at me mind you i was only there cause i haven’t ate all day and was really craving a sandwich to only be met with hostility then when I realized my chips wasn’t in my bag she say she asked me which one i wanted then said she didn’t give it to me cause I didn’t say which one i wanted. In my mind i was like why she just didn’t ask me at the window. It wasn’t no one there but me the experience was truly unnecessary. She made my entire experience with the store unpleasant. And it was my first time going there. It was literally new to me. And I was treated like an unwanted guest. It was the Indian(I think) lady she foreign but she has black (dark hair) hair and she is very rude and don’t have good customer service skills. I work in customer service and I don’t ever treat my customers the way she treated me. If I’m telling you I can’t understand you, you literally could’ve told me it was ok to pull to the window and order instead she yell at me as if I was a child and told me to order online next time and I’m like ma’am I was driving on the highway I guess she assumed I was just sitting at home.

Awful customer service and staff seem to lack teamwork. The prices are enough to make anyone question whether the food is worthwhile or not...
And the worst part of all... food was picked up off the floor, and they thought I wasn't looking!!! Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮
Overall, if I could give a lower review score, I most definitely would!!!

They went really cheap on me with the chicken and vegetables on a foot long sandwich, while I had to pay extra for the chicken. Acted like I didn’t know how my order worked. But they did add a good amount of cheese.

This is our favorite subway place to sit an eat or to even use the drive thru. The ladies are always kind an always smile an they treat us very well an the food they hook it up just like we always ask. Been coming here for years. I love this subway place! Keep up the good work girls!!! ?

Completely got the whole order wrong. All I had was meat and bread on mine. My husbands sandwich was the wrong bread, no cheese, no sauces requested. My order sat there with me standing there for over 5 minutes. What’s “express pick up” or the point in ordering ahead if it’s just sitting there not ready when you walk in to get it. It’s also BARELY toasted, and I’m also pregnant so I can’t really eat this. Terrible

I found this Subway located on Service Drive in Brandon, MS, next to Roger’s Dabbs customer experience and customer satisfaction was disappointing as well as food overall taste and quality. Have tried it several times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time with same negative dining outcome. Would not recommend unfortunately.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Indian lady that I believe is the manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a service industry setting.
On this day, the sandwich artist was a guy. I used the drive thru. It started off brought because I set behind the building, waiting to place my order so long until I drove to the window. Once, I made it to the window. A young caucasian female looks like she was in her early 20s. Claim she was about to take my order. I started to say when after I died! However, I placed my order, and the sandwich artist saved the day! The sandwich was perfect!!!!
Walked in and 3 employees no on acknowledged us even after about 5-10 minutes because 2 were making sandwiches no other people in store.... then welcomed the people about 10 min after us... still haven't done anything for us.
