Made it at 8:40.. they close at 9 and the doors were already locked!

Seems to be a constant issue of them closing before the time they’re supposed to. Which is 9 if you were wondering, a lot of subways seem to close at 9 so.. JUST CHANGE YALLS CLOSING TIME TO 8 IF YOU ARENT GONNA BE OPEN AFTER 8!!!!! I had surgery three days ago and my boyfriend ran out to get something small to tide me over for the night, this subway is three minutes away from our house. A freaking JOKE. Unacceptable, call me a Karen I don’t care, it’s ridiculous that I’m not the only one having this experience and y’all STILL stay closing early but have it online saying you’re open. Get it together.

Management/Owner needs to come in and view this property or close it down! Boxes stored everywhere in the lobby area and behind the register on bread cooling racks, food display case was FILTHY/NASTY! Veggies were old looking and not fresh Smh

The service was so good and friendly ! I watched a sandwich being made looked wonderful and the young lady making the sandwich was so nice to all of us. My salad was so good !

I wanted to buy sandwiches for my family of 5. The sign on the door says open until 9:00 pm Monday-Saturday. I arrived at 8:02pm and the doors were locked. The employee inside just stared at me then turned away. I ended up going somewhere else. If you close at 8:00 that’s fine but post a sign that speaks to that.

I really don't know why I keep giving these folks my money. I have never once received a delivery that was correct. I have ended up paying extra for things that are always forgotten, and it's such a nightmare contacting the subway company to get refunded. If you eat from here, order in person!

My husband and I stopped at this location of subway last night. I asked for a Subway Melt and an Italian BMT. The lady did not know what a Subway melt was. She said, “I don’t think that’s a real thing because you can melt anything”. Because I was ordering this for my husband, who was outside pumping gas, I didn’t know what was on it. I had left my phone in the car, therefore I could not look it up. She told me to go and ask my husband what was on the sandwich and right before I ran out. I told her do not toast my sandwich. I don’t want it hot. I ran out to get his order and I came back in and she was taking my sandwich out of the oven. I didn’t say anything. I told her what to put on my husband’s sandwich, then told her what veggies I wanted on mine. They were out of two different vegetables that I wanted and she didn’t offer to go get more. She was really nice, but it was just the fact that she did not know the menu very well and she was out of ingredients, and that she toasted my sandwich when I specifically said, I did not want mine hot. The experience was not a good one. We travel along this road probably twice a month and we stop in here every time we travel through and it’s usually a very good experience tonight was just not.PS I Subway Melt IS a real sandwich, and has turkey, ham and bacon on it.

Walked in stood for 5 minutes. Nobody!!!....!!!!!.!!!!!!! As soon as I walked out somebody came in and walked straight to the back!!!!!! I walked back into the gas station ordered some chicken and left!! Only to see the same person sitting in a chair outside the door of subway!! Want be back by no means!!!!!

We had ordered our food on the app and paid for it already with gift cards. When we showed up, we were told that our order had been canceled. No explanation. Atleast five other customers walked in and were advised they could not be helped and to contact their banks to get their money back. Our gift cards showed as being active on our app so we just reordered our food. When we went to check out, apparently they had been cleared out by the canceled purchase. So, we had no money to buy our food and no one working there made it right. Another patron had to buy our dinner for us instead of the restaurant making it right. While it was very much appreciated, that was embarrassing and avoidable because the restaurant messed up and someone else paid to fix it. The employee there was left alone by the other employee when everything was hitting the fan and the line just kept getting longer and the situation just kept getting worse and more awkward. We walked in there at 7:10 and didn't leave until 7:50. Thank you to the lady that paid for our meal. This is why I always wish my family liked jersey Mike's as much as I do. Their food is better and so is their service.

(I’m writing this on my husbands phone)I walk in and wait as the counter person mixed lettuce, spinach, and other salad like ingredients in a bowl and served it to the man in front of me.I had a coupon for something like a dollar off a sandwich. (Her) "We don't take coupons." Ok, no big deal so I order my husband's sandwich.Then I asked for a salad with tuna. (Her) We don't do salads." (Me) The guy in front of me got a salad."(Her) "We don't do salads." (Me) "You won't make me a salad?" (Her) "We don't do Salads."I leave with the sandwich for my husband. I went home and ate a Chicken Pot Pie.I'm pretty sure I was dealing with the owner's daughter. Pretty sure he owns the building.I'm never going there again. I USED to buy gas there. No more.

This subway has really gone to hell. Idk who owns this or manages it but the young lady that is in there at night is NOT customer friendly, when she is out of ingredients on the front In she will just say she’s out and move on. She will not offer to get any more from the back. She is always out of bread, ingredients, or closing the store early. She also owes me a $32 refund because she closed it early and did not want to make my order and said she was unable to refund me for food i never Received. We live literally around the corner from this but we will not ever return.
