I accidentally placed an order through the app for the wrong store (this location). I never picked up the food and immediately tried to request a refund. When I called the store, the employee told me they weren’t allowed to void the order, sounded annoyed, and then hung up on me. I contacted support through the automated chat twice and both times received an email from a manager thanking me for my “feedback” and saying they would “do better,” but I still never received my refund. It has now been two weeks with no resolution. If you ever place an order at this store by mistake, be aware that you will not get your money back even if the food is ordered by mistake.

2nd time having a bad experience because of the guy in there. The first time he just had a bad attitude and instead of doing his CUSTOMER SERVICE job, he was more interested in with what was on his phone. This time he was again so interested in the tv that he didn’t even greet me and when asking if I had a pickup continued to stare at the tv. Maybe should just get rid of this guy based off of all the bad reviews about him. Will not be coming back to this subway because of him solely. And if he happens to see this maybe you should get another job if you don’t like customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICES.. I went to this location at 8:45 pm and the sever had the doors locked with people inside and turned me away.. the website said they do not close until 9:30 pm.. VERY CLOSE!

Went into store yesterday , the same lady if there from the last time I went. I walk in say gd afternoon she looks up and continue doing what she’s doing. I stand at counter for maybe 5 mns never got my order taken or told to hold on a second or anything. Terrible service !

Came to this location to pickup a DoorDash for a customer and was refused service after the owner had a power trip over me parking the wrong way. Keep in mind, there wasn’t a single customer, and this locations parking lines are faint and almost nonexistent. The owner proceeded to insult me profusely, asking me “Do you know how to drive?”, and asking me if I owned the store. His employee was even confused with his behavior asking him to “chill” and “It’s not that big of a deal”, he then proceeded to kick me out of the store, making me cancel my order. I complied with his requests and left it at that. The owner obviously lacks professionalism. I would suggest all customers to park in the owners invisible parking spot lines, so you don’t get power tripped and kicked out by the owner.

I mistakenly placed a mobile order for the wrong location, so I immediately called this location to cancel it. The gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and said I would have to cancel the order through the app, so I told him I would do that but to not make the order. I have reached out MULTIPLE times to this location about refunding my order with no response from anyone. I hated to have to go about it this way but hoping this will get someone’s attention to contact me back.

The website and door states this store opens at 8:30am. I was there at 8:55 and no one was inside. The worker was sitting in her car on the phone. I circled back at 9:15, walked in & and was told they weren’t open yet. I asked why did the website say they were and was told that she didn’t know she wouldn’t be open for another hour. Please update the hours of operations.

I went there at 8:45 to place an order, and although the door said they close at 9:30, they told me upon entry that they were closed. He then stated that they close at 9 and when I told him that it was 8:45, he restated that they were closed and would not service me.

This is probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The service is super slow. They are not organized. They are constantly having to go to the back to get ingredients when it is right in the middle of the lunch rush. They are always unprepared. Probably won’t ever go back to this location. I literally sat there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged much less had they even gotten to a point where they could start my order.

Went in this morning and the owners daughter made food and rung me up. She was so polite and so nice, and so patient with me deciding what I wanted. I only go this subway because its clean and the service is great and they even take the subway coupons...plus I found out they now own another location on Grants Ferry. I always tell people about this location!!!!
