I mistakenly placed a mobile order for the wrong location, so I immediately called this location to cancel it. The gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and said I would have to cancel the order through the app, so I told him I would do that but to not make the order. I have reached out MULTIPLE times to this location about refunding my order with no response from anyone. I hated to have to go about it this way but hoping this will get someone’s attention to contact me back.

The website and door states this store opens at 8:30am. I was there at 8:55 and no one was inside. The worker was sitting in her car on the phone. I circled back at 9:15, walked in & and was told they weren’t open yet. I asked why did the website say they were and was told that she didn’t know she wouldn’t be open for another hour. Please update the hours of operations.

I went there at 8:45 to place an order, and although the door said they close at 9:30, they told me upon entry that they were closed. He then stated that they close at 9 and when I told him that it was 8:45, he restated that they were closed and would not service me.

This is probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The service is super slow. They are not organized. They are constantly having to go to the back to get ingredients when it is right in the middle of the lunch rush. They are always unprepared. Probably won’t ever go back to this location. I literally sat there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged much less had they even gotten to a point where they could start my order.

Went in this morning and the owners daughter made food and rung me up. She was so polite and so nice, and so patient with me deciding what I wanted. I only go this subway because its clean and the service is great and they even take the subway coupons...plus I found out they now own another location on Grants Ferry. I always tell people about this location!!!!

This is by FAR the cleanest Subway I have ever been to, and the staff is stellar. I’m always warmly welcomed and they are always prepared and ready for customers. The food is fresh, and they make each and every customer feel important, every time. The new management has really whipped this location into shape, and I will be coming back often and recommending to everyone who asks!

Sad when I saw this Subway close down a while back. But after re-opening it’s been the only one I go to. The inside is always clean, and everything is fresh. Staff is always welcoming and quick. Best subway in town!

i went last night with my famly and service was fast and they had us out of there within 5 minutes its good to see its back open and under great management,. besides the cheese all being mixed up in one container all the food look good and fresh

placed a mobile order at least 20 minutes ago... show up on my way home from work and only 2 of the 3 subs are made, because they have NONE of their toppings "prepped" their needs to be a change at this store, its only ever young guys that don't seem to want to work. I use mobile ordering so im not standing around waiting after working all day!! and now they are gonna be adding that they have to slice meats, they can't handle what they already have, i don't see this ending well for this location
