My first time going to Sunset, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and food alike. Bobbie was the server for my table and was very friendly and sweet to us. The gator poboy was great!

My son took his wife and I ( his mother) here for Mother's Day. We had a 12:00 reservation for 6 people. 2 hours later 4 of us had food and 2 did not. I had to go to the register to ask what the problem was because no one cared enough to come to our table to keep us informed on our order. We pray and eat together so the 4 that had food, never got to eat before we walked out... Thank you for messing up my sons Mother's Day gift. We went to Shuckers

Hush puppies were awesome. Had corn in it. Best I have had. Sweet potato fries has cinnamon and sugar on them legit! Great blackened catfish

Husband was working in the area, and we are staying next door at one of the local RV spots. I got the crawfish poboy. Everything was cold on it except the crawfish. Definitely would have been better, in my opinion, with a toasted bun and warmed up onions and peppers.. husband goes there often, and he gets the gator poboy. He said it was good. Multiple experiences with not so good waitresses. Waited a long time for drink order to be taken on many occasions. Then, never coming back to check on us. The people they have play music on the weekends are pretty good. Try not to sit directly in front of the speakers. It's extremely loud there
The burgers are the best. I'll go again tomorrow. The place is awesome.
