Have to go thru drive through. They don’t unlock the doors to the restaurant so you can’t go inside. Forget part of your order…. You have to go wait back in line…. Terrible location. This was after 11am….

They always have the doors locked after 7. I get not wanting people to come in and dine so late but at least let us get our pickup order and not wait an hour in line till our food is cold. The service is so bad, employees are rude (specifically the short blonde skinny girl) and they ALWAYS mess up our order, not one time we went has the order been right. This is the last time we will be here. This place just needs to be shut down at this point.

There was a line of people all the way around the building and out to the street. There were people (about 15) in a brawl/fight in the parking lot. I left and went to Krystal instead.

Dear Taco Bell I understand you do not hire quality personnel most of the time good candidates are hit and miss but we placed a 50+ dollar order for our family online and picked up at the store add ons were missing orders and toppings were not fully as we ordered I'm not trying to say this is the worst taco bell we've ever been to but when we spend money eating out we expect what we ordered and that shouldn't have to be said please hire somebody who can read the correct way and somebody who fills the order to the specification given by the customer

This place does not deserve any stars! Mr logan and other staff members where very rude to me and my family tonight. I was very upset with the service tonight! I am a very kind person normally I try not to be the person to do this but Logan was absolutely awful to us tonight! we will go to pearl or Richland from now on! From what I am reading about the store manager on here I could care less to even try and make this right! This crew is awful!
