My family and I come to this location often and have never had a bad experience until today. I was put on hold at the drive-thru speaker for about 15 minutes. During that time the employee left the mic on, and even though I tried to get her attention, I was ignored. After the car in front of me left, I pulled up to the window and still wasn’t acknowledged. I could even hear them greeting the car behind me while I was sitting there waiting. I eventually had to blow my horn just to be acknowledged.
Very disappointing because this location is usually great. I hope this was just an off morning.

I usually don’t have an issue, but today I drove up. No one came to the speaker. I drove up to the window. No one came. Someone else was also waiting inside. No one was seen to help us. She finally came help the person inside someone came behind me at the drive-through and she helped them I was the last one to be helped and I was the first one here waiting wasn’t happy about that. That’s not good service.

My Smoothie was awful I ordered a Bahama Mama with spinach and kale pack chia seeds ginger and person who took my order apparently didn't hear me because it was missing the spinach and kale I looked on receipt I wasn't charged but gave the window guy more money and more tip to get a watered down smoothie they ran it twice 😅

I arrived at 9:09 AM today, Sunday, 06/29, and found the doors locked despite the “open” sign being illuminated. No one appeared to be inside the building. The posted hours on the front door indicate that the business opens at 9:00 AM on Sundays, so this was disappointing and inconvenient.

10/10/2025: THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE DRIVE THRU LADY HAS TRYED TO SCAM ME OUT OF A TIP! I came up there and ordered my food then got to the window and the server named Taylor H didnt even pass me the scanner to select no tip. ODD.... she claimed she did it for me which is ODD. i get all my transactions to my phone so im already seeing that she put a tip for $1.35 that i did not approve for her to do. She hands me my food but not my receipt so i ask for it and she looks stunned i wonder why? I ask her why there is a tip on my receipt and she says the other worker is going to take it off because it was a accident? i ask her is it going to show up on my account and she assures me it will. i drove off for a second and then called the manager and explained what happen. Manager Renee asked me to come back up there and she gave me the tip money back in cash HOWEVER this is unacceptable at an establishment. Why would you feel the need to do the tip thing for me anyways? That is so unprofessional and i will not be coming back.

Ordered 2 hummus wraps and not only did it take forever but got home and neither wrap had hummus in them…..on a hummus wrap. Needless to say I will not be returning

Hands down best place to start your day, the staff led by Renee makes you feel welcome and they take care of you, if you need a place for your morning routine or lunch or an afternoon pick me up Tropical Smoothie in Brandon is the place!!!! Love the staff

Came to the drive thru may 20th around 12:40. told the young lady Allie my order and stated twice I have a buy one get one free card. Got to the window and she took my card and didn’t apply the discount so I asked her about it and all I got was an oops I’m sorry. Like what? Then I noticed there was a tip on there I did not approve of for and asked her about that as well only to be told her hand might’ve slipped on the register? This is unacceptable im highly disappointed
