We had Wendy’s in March 2025 after a long time. We decided to give another try. It was mediocre. The delay on getting our food was absurd. Burgers were tasteless, fries were undercooked and we order 6 pieces of regular nuggets each. My husband only got 5 pieces and they were spicy not regular. The drinks were tasteless as well and wrong. My husband ordered a Dr Pepper and we believe we both got some kind of cheap Diet Coke. Staff wasn’t nice at all. They didn’t have us any sauces neither. We live in Brandon and this will be the last time we will get food from this Wendy’s. We won’t recommend this place and we will definitely won’t come back!

Stopped by Wendy’s 12/29/24 about 1630. I ordered a double bacon at or and medium fries. The hamburger was NOT fresh and hot, kina dried outish. The fries were like leftover greasy pieces and cold. Cost was about $13.00. For that much money, I expect a decent meal. I’ve never had this happen here before, and hope it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for listening.

Food was good but we were in the drive through for a religiously long time. The only reason I sat in the drive through, as the second vehicle in line, for 24 minutes is because I promised my grand baby fries and this is the last stop before I get home. There were plenty of people working. Enough that they were horsing around at the 1st window. It is not uncommon to take a while to get your food at this location but this wait was even more ridiculous than usual.
