Ask for my food to be made fresh and it was just dipped back into the grease. My sauce had a hole in the top of it and my drink was flat. Gave a one star for service as well because they knew that my food was not fresh and they still gave it to me. They were not busy and I was the only customer they had in the drive thru and it was one customer in the inside.

This is the best Wendy's in the Pearl, Brandon, flowwood area. They greated and thanked me at the order speaker at the pay window and at the pickup window. All were very nice. It was like being at chicken fil a. Definitely will be back. Thank you Wendy's and they got my order right! We'll done you guys.

I waited in the drive through 25 min, only to get cold food. I literally live 3 minutes away, and had to go home to warm my food. Almost Everyone looked like they didn’t want to be there, including the manager. Everyone in there, moved like turtles, except one guy….. And Hell…. He was only making drinks. SMH. I really want to take my 1 star back

We stopped in on 8-4-25 heading home to GA for a quick bite to eat.. the lady who took our order wasn't pleasant nor professional, our chicken nuggets were cold and the eating lobby was just pure nasty. I see why no one was there eating in. I will nevercrecommend no one to e er stop there period. Train your ppl on good quality customer service

Carpet was soaking in grease. Very nasty environment. Very few customers inside and cashiers still never did get to our order. We decided that was best. Health dept and city of Brandon really should step in and resolve this issue.

The Manager I encountered while trying to place my order was very rude and kept trying to rush me through the drive-through. I was very surprised when I got to the window and saw that it was the manager that was actually taking my order because I would have expected for him to be leaving the standard. It was an older white gentleman. Than when I did receive my food, the fries were cold. You could tell that they were not fresh nor was my breakfast sandwich.

Secondly to the whole staff that gave me them barely fried on one side, flour and grease melted, half raw, underdone salmonella last week.
