The blonde lady who handed me my food at the window was very nasty! I kindly asked for ketchup & she threw 1 ketchup in my bag so violently & proceeded to slam the window so hard for no reason as I pulled off! That’s uncalled for & rude, pls remove that demon out that drive thru window, she hates her job & the ppl who patronize this restaurant! I won’t be back until she’s gone

Why does it take so long to get an order here. We're talking burgers and fries. It always seems to take a long time to get your food. And getting the order correct?...you better not even count on it. They have screwed up my order too many times. I'm not going back EVER!!!!

Only reason I'm giving this Whataburger 4 stars is because the ice machine was broken and listening to staff, it hadn't been working right for a while and no one had fixed it.
Other than that, during my visit the staff were very friendly, the food was hot and great and the restaurant was very clean. I did dine in during my visit, so I don't really have any info on how quick the drive in is.
