Why does it take so long to order the food at the speaker. I thought this was fast food. Are have the worst drive service. You all must understand the meaning "fast food"

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BUSINESS FOR BREAKFAST!! I wish there was a way to remove the stars completely. This location doesn’t deserve any at all. The wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. Just like nearly every review the drive thru is terrible. Waited over 45 minutes for just 2 breakfast sandwiches, one was dry and cold, lacking the sauce that it comes with. Obviously it had been sitting for a very long period of time. The other was a sloppy mess and half of the ingredients weren’t even on it. I will NOT be returning. Get some people in there that want to work. The service was lacking as well. THE WORST Wataburger I’ve ever been to.

What a burger is known for quick service. The one in Brandon Mississippi needs to change the name because it is is not quick at all

Ms. Shalita who works the drive through is always so sweet and makes a great effort to make sure the order is correct every time I visit ! When I work late and have to pick between waffles and whataburger, I pick shalita. She's a kind soul who definitely deserves a raise !

11/29/24 5:30ish PM Super clean! Girl at front counter was really nice/friendly/helpful! I’ve never seen a Whatabuger, even the Big one in Corpus Christi, with a cleaner restroom. There were a 6 star rating I’d give it.
Very good food. Fast service and good food for the money. Courteous staff. Driving home from a visit in Texas and stopped in this town for the evening. Second time here.
